On Wednesday, January 3, 2024, my mother had an unprofessional, unpleasant, and extremely rude experience with the Store Manager Ray Thompson. We love HomeGoods so this isn't against the Store itself, however, the company should look at who represents them. My mom was there to return an item that was damaged and Mr. Thompson rudely expressed to my mother that he would not do the return for the item because he felt it was unsaleable. My mother purchased the item unaware of the damage and later noticed it when we got home. With my and my mother's further knowledge of the store policy, we both know that items if damaged have to be returned and are either damaged out or sold to a customer who is aware of the damage and is fine with purchasing it anyway. My mother also told Mr. Thompson that she worked for HomeGoods formerly and was aware of the return policy, he replied by telling my mother he didn't care and he would not do the return. To take the item somewhere else. Before being helped at the register, a customer had asked if there were any more cashiers because the line was becoming long and he had snapped at her rudely and abrasively. Mr. Thompson lacks Customer service and the warm welcoming vibe that HomeGoods is known for.

Lots to choose from, and this is the only home goods I've been to that has more than 2 cashier's work when it's busy.

Be ready for MASSIVE wait times when checking out!!! Never more than 2 registers open at one time. Even with 16 people in line!! Horrible experience.

I take Home Goods as the echelon of discount shopping between the sister brands - Marshall's & TJMaxx. Not a bad thing, as HG's offers more "high end" merchandise. I came in for one specific item & after an hour, I walked away with more wonderful items. The layout is cleaned & organized with very good customer service. I like the triad usage of their Gift card, where you can utilize as such across all three stores.

Store is a mess but I love the products. Associates don't speak they seem very miserable, slave like. It's depressing in there.

Please stop putting price stickers on the visible part of the items. They are very hard to take off and always end up messing up the glass/plastic ware. At least put it on the bottom, that way the left over paper residue isn’t ruining the actual item. Ripped up pieces of sticky tag paper on my container lid is very frustrating. 4 stars because I never have any other issues here. Please take the price sticker situation into consideration when labeling future items. Thank you!

I loved the home goods collection. Great place to buy stuffs for your home. Look for the clearance section, you might get dinner great stuffs at a nominal price.

Well stocked store however, manager not friendly at all. Went over to see if I could find some bar stool chairs I purchased from The Forum location. The manager (tall-ish, robust, african-american fellow with glasses) came over as I wanted to know if the same price reduction courtesy could be offered here as it was at the forum. Needless to say he was uneccessarily short and curt with me. For a business that relies on customer service, theirs is lacking tremendously.

This is definitely my favorite store. You can find all the high end items you love without the high end price tag. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Clean stocked store, assistant where needed., Customers near me in line seem surprised I continue to keep 6 ft distance as my choice and repetitively ask if I'm in line..lol.. let's be respectful like our store personnel.
