Jane is a fantastic realtor. She has a deep understanding of the Brookhaven market and a vast network of contacts allowing her to get early insight into available homes. She is a great communicator and extremely responsive. Her only objective is to get you into the right home. In our case, we had very specific needs and no set timetable. She patiently worked with us over a 1-2yr period to find the perfect lot for our build. We couldn't have done it without her. Even post purchase, Jane continued to help us in identifying potential builders/architects. This was hugely helpful for first time homebuilders. I would recommend Jane to anyone. Jane was outstanding! Not only was I impressed with her overall real estate knowledge but how many connections she had! From inspectors to waterproofers and loan officers. We found our home and had an offer put in on same day and closed within 3 weeks. The entire process was smooth and I would work with Jane again anytime!

Jane's knowledge of the metro Atlanta market is tremendous. The balance among getting the house ready for sale, Pricing and then staging the house are all extremely critical elements in the sale in order to receive the highest price possible - Jane really understands that equation. The sweet spot in pricing a house high enough for the seller yet low enough to create a tremendous interest in buyers is how Jane excels. The result was double digit showings and several above listing offers within a week. Great job Jane.
