Sucks. Wouldn’t let me mobile order till tomorrow even tho they were still open for another 45 minutes like I want to watch some snot nose teenage make my food just want to pick it up without seeing the sausage

The cashier is very unprofessional I hope she’s not the manager because she has an attitude problem and can’t handle the fast pace of the lunch rush that’s coming into the restaurant. She should not take it out on the customers. Retraining is a must with her.

(November 1,2023 6:50 PM)There was a young lady in the front preparing sandwiches I didn’t catch her name but upon my sister & I’s arrival, we weren’t greeted by either of the workers but was instead asked, “you know what you want?” with an attitude. But ironically enough when 2 white men came in after us they were greeted with a smile & appointed to as “sir” with the upmost respect. Was a super uncomfortable experience & my little sister could even tell the difference between the interactions. Most definitely was intentional. My advice to the employees here would be to give all customers the same energy, don’t pick & choose who you want to be nice too.. horrible customer service.

No complaints here. Their hot subs are always good and consistent. A great sammich!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread option is a true added bonus!

First time at a jersey mikes. Publix sub is cheaper, bread is better and more topping choices.

I did a preorder for a No. 13 on Aug 6. The order was 15 minutes later than promised. When I got home I discovered that the sub contained only bread and meat. I guess Mike must have taken the day off.

Tony made a great sub per her recommendation of chopotle mayo on the 55. Great sub, didn't skimp on the sauce. And Joe ran the line with great efficiency and a super hospitable personality. "It's not a sandwich it's a sub man" 10 on 10 best jersey Mike's I've ever been to

For some reason, when I order a sandwich with white bread , I get wheat bread as a substitute. Please tell your employees that wheat and white bread are not substitutes for one another!!!!!

They messed up my order big time! I ordered a vegan sandwich of veggies. What i got was ground chicken with melted cheese. It looked really gross!

Best #13 Ive ever had at hundreds of Jersey Mikes! What a GREAT Attentive, courteous staff- Allegra, Millicent & Tonysha were all instrumental in making not only mine, but numerous others who visited December 8th- Personality, Professionalism & Gratitude were evident in this Store!!!!!!!!!!!! I am grateful and so should management to the front office shining BRIGHTLY!THANK you for a marvelous experience! Jim

Pretty disappointed with this location. Staff is nice but they were out of rosemary bread AND bacon at 11:30am. Seems like some critical ingredients for the day, right? They did eventually find some rosemary bread. Also I wasn't told about the bacon until after I had paid and my sandwich was just about done getting made. I absolutely wouldn't have ordered it if I had know that beforehand. I told them this. No apologies or acknowledgement. Seems like something you tell people when they order, right?! This might seem like I'm nitpicking, but I was literally the only person in the store. There was no rush. This kind of communication would've been easy.

We stopped here to get subs to take home. I went inside and there was a line. I could see only one man working on subs and realized they were short handed. The manager came out from the kitchen to help out. He announced that they were short handed and offered a refund to anyone who could not wait. The man making the subs quickly and wasted no time. The line moved fairly quickly for the number of people waiting. Our subs were, as always, exactly what we wanted. I want to thank the staff for doing an awesome job. Please remember restaurants are short handed through no fault of their own. Please be kind and patient!!!!

Long line...crew seemed to be having communication issues but they kept it moving. You could tell they were trying but couldn't get in sync with one another. There was definitely tension within the serving line the particular day I was there.
