Change can be harmful and when Joanna (the manager) left it was a bit of a disappointment since her smile was intoxicating but Dorothea who is the new head honcho proved up to the task.

While convenient, this location is regularly plagued by staffing issues which make them unreliable. For greater than a year, this pharmacy has gone through multiple periods where they can’t fill prescriptions even within a couple of hours OR by the time they themselves have quoted. It’s to the point where I’m ready to pull all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy and move them to another local pharmacy or a shipment pharmacy.

The new pharmacist Dorthia is extremely rude! This is not the first time she’s had an attitude for no reason. Once she is gone I will happily remove this 1star review.

They are pretty slow. They never give you the option of waiting while they fill. The automated system does not give accurate information trying to find out order status.

Unfortunately I have to give a rare negative review. Staff was generally rude and unhelpful, was hung up on while on the phone trying to get some things with a new prescription sorted out.

One of the self checkout people yelled at me for not putting the organic oranges. I didn't even know . Rude ass fuck though, they could've just said it was the wrong one.

Without Joanna and Annette the customer service has gone way down. And what's with that new phone recording?The recording says when you can pick up and when you make that special visit to get it, it's not ready.. Pretty rude of the robot giving the wrong information. And what's with the no smiles?It's off to Publix pharmacy and also do my shopping.

Ive been shopping here for over 20 yrs. Overall its not a bad grocery. But today at 8:30 am 5/14/22 it wasnt so good at the check out line. They had nobody at the checkout lanes so it was all do it yourself. Two of those lanes were closed. There was a long line and only one employee. Two managers passed byand did nothing to help. The one girl gos to the express lane and when i get there she tells my little basket of less than 15 items is too much. so now i lost my place in the do it yourself line and have to get in the back of the line. Not a good day at kroger. Do Better!

This has become my go-to Kroger ever since I moved to the Dunwoody area. It's actually quite a bit of a drive from where I live but there are no Krogers near the Perimeter Mall area. I like how this Kroger is never usually busy, or at least whenever I go, it's always pretty empty. This Kroger is pretty quiet and is pretty much well-stocked considering the national supply shortage of everything. They also have multiple security officers on duty.. showing that this location might not be the safest. Kroger is Kroger. Cheap and affordable groceries. And don't hate me.. but Kroger over Publix.

The new pharmacy team since Joanna been gone is Rude and never picks up the phone. I have literally called them every 30 minutes all through out the day and the phone will ring from 3 -4 mins, then either the person rude to you and can figure out simple task or they pick up and then hang up on you.

I haven't shopped for groceries here in a few years, but I had a gift card to use today, and noticed it has really gone downhill. Empty and disorganized shelves, so many displays blocking the aisles that you can't maneuver between them and other shoppers, no music playing, hardly any checkout lines open - just a super long self checkout line, and the past 3 times I've sent a prescription to the pharmacy it has taken over a week for them to fill it. They have always been filled the same day before this year. I will continue paying a little more and shopping at Publix and Walgreens for a more pleasant experience.

I hate this pharmacy: they never have my prescriptions allegedly!, the last time they told me my prescription wasn't there it was sitting on the fax and so this time they are telling me again they don't have it! Although this is the closest pharmacy to my house I'd rather go to the one near my doctors office and doesn't take my insurance to not have to deal with them anymore. I swear this is like the 4th time something like this has happened and it's a bit ridiculous that every time I get sick I have to worry if they are going to have my prescriptions ready.

Pharmacy tech was very rude... uninformed about delivery services and seemed annoyed at my questions re same. They do offer deliver - just can't guarantee when it will be delivered. Regardless- the level of customer service was awful.
