If you close at 11 why lock the doors a full 10 mins early. If I need to run in last minute it’s only for a single item like water! Say you close at 10:30 if the employees can’t work til 11. You make us check ourselves out most of the time anyway.

Always great..no big linesEdited from 6years ago. I have grown to dislike this Kroger VERY much. I don't even know why they have a bakery department. I go in there almost every other morning to get bagels and they either NEVER have any or the lady just says that they ran out. I'm here at 9:15 am and you mean to tell me there are no more bagels of any kind left. I'm sorry but either close the bakery or get someone else in there to bake bagels. They bagels are delicious when they have them but it's very rare. Im tired of asking for a manager because he does nothing but say I'm sorry. Just a complete failure and a blank trip on my way to work.

This particular Kroger has a history of surly, shiftless employees, and feckless management going back to the 1980s. I refuse to patronize this store, but my wife likes their excellent fresh fruit and produce and shops there often. The store is clean and well-stocked most of the time, and she tells me that the employees' attitudes have improved. All well and good, but I prefer Publix, where there are no employee bad attitudes.

Give Marquis at drive up ten raises! Since he has started working at drive up the experience is COMPLETELY better! I want him to be a trainer and manager. But I don't want my orders messed up! He is the BEST part of this store!!!! He comes to your care smiling happy positive! I was BAFFLED the first time and my order was correct after a string of 6 badly messed up orders! PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN THE BONUS HE DESERV3S BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! I was ready to quit on this Kroger he is the only reason I still come here! Amazing job !

I just had a horrible experience of this location at Kroger’s. I’ve been coming here for about a year and I’ve been cashing the same check that I received from my company. there was a lady at the register because nobody was at customer service and asked for help and she said I’ll be right with you. It took her 10 minutes to get to me. Once she got to me she excused herself and went back to the register and like was there for another 10 minutes after that, another lady comes up to me asked me if I if she can help me and I told him I’m cashing my check. She looked at the check even though it’s a normal regular company check with watermarks that I cashed before. She said they can’t cash it. I asked for the manager he was the rudest manager in person. His name is Josh, he did not even take a look at my check. He just said they don’t cash it. He did not look at my ID he did not try to run it or anything. What kind of customer service and how disrespectful that is for somebody who leaves their money in your company and your store you should be ashamed of yourselves. All of you need to train your people to do better.

25 year kroger shopper until today. This kroger broke me. Never again. The prices are higher at checkout every time. The manager wouldn’t correct the price after acknowledging it was wrong. It’s always like this. Every kroger in atlanta has a nickname and this one’s nickname is Scam Kroger. We laugh about it at the bar across the street. Horrible Kroger. Dont go here. The management is a joke.

Older, smaller store: limited product selection, limited customer service, limited cashier checkout, limited pick-up (late, orders incorrect). If I have the time I will go to Dunwoody Club store or Brookhaven.

Wow…Kroger you guys are not trying to hide it anymore. Why put this on the shelf to be bought. This is disgusting, and I will not be retuning to Kroger to put breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the table for my family.

Veronica the cashier is one of nastiest people I have ever encountered! Unwarranted horrible attitude. No greeting or eye contact which I would have let go. As she scanning my items she intentionally put her hand through my box of soda. I'm spoke up and said why would you do that? She started to say that what everyone does. I said that's up to person that make the purchase. Completely unapologetic. There also happened to be a sign tapped at the register stating if there is no greeting or eye contact you get a free soda. So I said where is there free soda I can select? She passed me one like she been handing them out all day. Once I was done and collecting my bags she began talking about me the the next customer. Like wow! I spoke with a front end manager who was already aware of this issue and has been getting this complaint for the longest. Why is Veronica able to stay employed?

This location repeatedly rings up prices that do not match the sticker/sale price. Sometimes it’s $0.50, sometimes it’s $2, sometimes it’s produce and sometimes it’s something else, but it has been at least one item for the last half a dozen times we’ve shopped there (also not related to Kroger card price).

After living in a state fir a year without Kroger I really looked forward to being able to shop there again. Sadly after waiting that long I decided to shop at the Dunwoody location since I now live close by. The deli wings were extremely dry and even the black eyed peas were dried out so I decided not to get any after not eating all day. Eventually i made it to the register where there was 4 lines from self checkout going down the grocery aisles. After waiting in line for cashier she turns her light off and says she's done doing checkout after the lady in front of me. I pointed it out to her that it didn't make sense when there were literally lines of people waiting to checkout. She said the manager was down by self checkout, after standing there waiting to talk to her(the indian/muslim manager) when i tried to speak to her about my concerns its like she couldnt even acknowledge me but would only say (I've had multiple callouts)I've honestly never been in a Kroger that was so poorly managed and after waiting a year to shop at my favorite grocery chain it was a very disappointing experience all around unfortunately..

This is my main grocery store and I’m usually satisfied with my experience but twice in a row their curbside delivery service has been disappointing . In the past it was a great experience. I would order online and then my groceries would be delivered to my car in less than 10 minutes after arrival. However, the curbside delivery Service has gotten worse and I waited over 30 minutes to get my groceries twice in a row now. I will be using curbside delivery with them anymore which is a shame because it was so useful as a timesaver.
