How are they still in business! Brought my car in at opening, was the first one to arrive. Told them I needed two tire patches and left....five hours later no one had contacted me to let me know any update. I called and was told they would call back. Thirty minutes later I called again to be told my car was in line for an Oil Change, remember it was there for two simple tire patches. Another thirty minutes and they determine only one can be patched and to come back in 45 minutes to pick up the car....only to get a phone call that they cannot find the tire lock. When I come to pick up the Car, because at this point I cannot wait any longer, the employee sees me walking to my car which is in the bay, gets in it, speeds past me to the furthest spot in the lot, waits for me to walk over then tosses the keys at me and rolls his eyes. Complete waste of my day, total disrespect of a customer and I still need two tire patches. Dunwoody BEWARE!

Needless to say, they earned two new customers! I spoke to Brett over the phone and he was able to squeeze me in late on a Friday to fix an alignment gone wrong. He and K took great care of me and my car and had everything fixed in less than a half hour. They saved our weekend. I can’t thank them enough!

Another terrible rating for Mr. Tire. We've read all of the bad reviews all over Facebook and Nextdoor, but we must have read that somebody had a good experience and thought we would give them a try again. Huge mistake. Never take your car there and never believe anything that they say. My wife dropped her car off to get an opinion on her front struts and rear shocks and then get two new Michelin tires with specific instructions to call her to let them know their findings with an estimate for the shocks. When I picked the car up (not knowing the history), they had replaced the struts and shocks with no estimate or phone call and then replace all 4 tires instead of 2 with off brand tires that we've never heard of. Also when picking up the car, there was one lone mechanic in the building and nobody in the office for me to pay and pick up my car. Although the store opens at 7:30 AM, the office guy didn't roll in until 9. When my wife got back in town, she discovered the errors, went to Mr. Tire and was told not only had they messed up her entire service, but they also had overcharged her by $1000. They told her they would give her a $1000 credit, replace all 4 tires with the Michelins that they had originally selected. Two of the tires would have been included in our original order and paid for and the remaining tires were supposed to be free to replace the good tires that they threw away that did not need replacing. When she went back to have the work done since it had to be scheduled, they reneged on the $1000 credit and only gave us back $200 and argued. They are incompetent in every aspect of what they do. Stay away.

Stay Away from this place, far far away. Go anywhere else. They will destroy your car. I unfortunately took my vehicle there a little over a year ago to get an alignment. When all was said and done they did everything but the alignment. They did things to my vehicle that I am still finding out about a year later. When I picked up my car the first time I took it there, I immediately knew that they did not fix the problem. I went and spoke with the manager who is now deceased, he took responsibility for the mistake and proceeded to "fix" the damage at no charge. Now, understand this the first time I picked the car up I paid 2,789.33.........for what was initially just an alignment, that was not fixed when I had already paid the 2,789.33. So, he charged me and did not refund that money, he merely did not charge me for fixing something on my car that did not need to be fixed in the first place, which was the rack n pinion. So, he replaced the rack n pinion on the vehicle without my permission and did not align the steering, even after replacing the rack n pinion, which was not the problem. He aligns the steering and tells me that he replaced some of the parts on the rack n pinion that he ALREADY FIXED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and there would be no charge for his "mistake" Cut to exactly one year and thirty days later, vehicle needs an alignment, I take it to a different, trusted mechanic at GOODYEAR in Chamblee Tucker. The mechanic does the alignment and I buy two tires for the front. The mechanic tells me that I need to take the vehicle back to whoever installed the rack n pinion because it has serious issues but should still be under warranty. I HAD TO TAKE IT TO MR. TIRE because of the warranty. HUGE MISTAKE.Antoine is the "General Manager" now. He tried to be accommodating and said some of the right things one would say to a disgruntled customer. But, then he failed. He is not one to pay attention to any detail. He had my car for a week, when I got it back it was not fixed and he even tried to charge me for my wheel lock he said they could not find, which was in the glove compartment when I dropped it off, because I looked to make sure because I have dealt with Mr Tire before. He was trying to charge me for taking water out of my spare tire wheel well, WHY IS THERE WATER IN MY SPARE TIRE WHEEL WELL....because those MORONS left my hatch open when it rained a week and a half ago and got my entire back inside of my car soaked, and they didn't even clean the water out, that is something I had to do when I got home and realized that I have two new tires on the back of my vehicle and the spare tire is brand new as well. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX THE RACK N PINION. that has nothing to do with the back tires. Antoine could not make up lies fast enough to save himself the embarrassment of being a complete and total MORON. He dismissed me to wait on another customer, who I promptly warned to turn around and run as fast as she could lest her car suffer the consequences of the MORONS MR Tire calls mechanics and managers. She didn't listen but that is her problem. After Antoine waited on that customer, I let him know that I would stand there and tell every single person that walks through the door to do the same thing I told the previous customer. After screaming and yelling at Antoine he finally gave me a bill for someone else's car that had a zero balance at the bottom and told me he would not charge me for the rack n pinion.I pointed out that he gave me the wrong bill, so he typed one up real quick that has nothing to do with the new tires, wheel lock or water in the wheel well. All of which he was initially going to charge me 1400$ for. I have all of the paper work to prove this if anyone thinks it's not true.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED. Every negative review for this place is ACCURATE and you have been fairly warned. I wish I would have read the reviews here a year ago, my car would be fixed properly.

Just don’t waste your time here, it’s not worth the headache! Believe the 1 star reviews. Ultimately I had to leave my car at the dealership for 6 weeks to determine the work was never completed by Mr. Tire. Been getting the run around for 4 months now with no resolve.*Update - called the number provided in the response the Thursday before Labor Day. Provided necessary documentation and was told to expect a refund the following Tuesday due to the holiday. Here we are 2 weeks later and still no refund. So I am into the 5th month, still chasing after this company. Just don’t patron this establishment.

Kay was super helpful and kind. They got my car fixed in no time! I can thank them enough and tell them how grateful I am. I had two nails in my car within two days and they were able to fix it in no time flat. (Pun intended)

Antonio and his team are awesome! Was heading up to see my daugter at her university when I had a flat! The team expedited the service to get me back on the road. Made it to the game in time thanks to the crew!

I'd gone to this location several years ago when the quality of their service was good, to have a tire patched. I returned again earlier this year for the same reason and to find out what this sound, like a chain dragging, was when I pull off or am backing up. I was told the sound was a broken TPMS sensor floating around in one of my tires and that it had been replaced free of charge. I should've known not to go back when the tire continued to leak air and the sound persisted, but I was concerned because my car was shaking when I drove over 55 mph.I made an appointment for May 26th at 1 pm and took my car in. I didn't have a way to get home other than Uber or Lyft, so I opted to stay and wait, which was about 3 1/2 hours by the time my car was done, or so I thought. I explained what was happening with my car and was told I would likely need an alignment, but a tech would drive the car to be sure. At some point, the manager comes out and tells me I need two new tires and an alignment, $694.49 with tax. I'm afraid for my safety while driving, so I agreed. I just realized today that the receipt only explained the need for one tire, as I had a slow leak in the same tire that was supposed to have been patched! I have no idea why the second tire was added.During this 3 1/2 hour wait, I witnessed one of the techs and the manager (I don't know any of their names) almost come to blows during an argument, and then I hear the manager and likely that same tech (my back was turned to them) whispering about what I later realized was my car. I didn't catch what was said, but it sounded as though something had gone wrong and they were covering it up. My car was finally done, so I pay and leave. Some two weeks or so later I'm driving on GA400 and my car is still shaking. The steering wheel isn't vibrating as hard as it was before, but still vibrating nonetheless.I wasn't able to bring the car back in until August 16thdue to my schedule and other unforeseen circumstances and that's when I was told the alignment wasn't done properly the first time, but it would be completed correctly this time. Then the manager comes out later and says the alignment machine isn't working and I'll have to come back some other day. I ask when and was told Friday (it was Wednesday), but as I'm walking out, he asks me to wait while he goes into the bay. He comes out and says the mechanic got the machine working and the alignment was completed free of charge. Free of charge? I'd already paid for a service that wasn't done in the first place. Fast forward to the following weekend, I'm driving on 285 and my car is still shaking!I called Monro Corporate today, the same 800 number, option 2 that people who have left bad reviews are being advised to call.I was told by the customer service rep that I need to take my car to a mechanic of my choice, get a diagnostic done, and then email it to corporate with the costs of repairs needed. When I asked what would happen then, I was told that a supervisor would look at it and then go from there.Update: 9/7/23 I took my car to McCullough NAPA Auto Care. My car's front wheel bearing and left/right control arms are broken and need to be replaced. How did the staff at Mr. Tire miss this and think an alignment would fix the problem? I now have to pay $2117.06 to get these repairs done. I sent the estimate to Monro yesterday and to add insult to injury, Mackenzie, the Customer Service Director, decided they will not issue a refund since it is now September and this all started back in May. They have not heard the last of me. I am filing a complaint with Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division the second I'm done with this update and I suggest anyone reading this who has experienced an issue with this company do the same. The only way action will be taken is if consumers like us file complaints to prove there is a pattern of fraudulent and deceptive practices.

TL;DR: These guys will break your vehicle and then ghost you. I brought in my vehicle to the Dunwoody Village location on 9/4 to replace the radiator fan. I was told that the part was secured and the repair done that afternoon, so I took the train and walked half an hour to pick the car up. I paid the $810 and then found that the car was still in the garage with dead ignition. I was told that the tech who could do anything about it was gone for the day.Called back right before 9 on 9/5. I was told a tech would be in at the top of the hour to look at the car and then I'd be called about it. Radio silence for three hours. Called again at noon, no response. Called again at 3:45, I was told the tech had come and gone without a call and the guy I'd spoken to this morning was gone too. Told to call tomorrow morning.I'm going to be out at least $50 in Lyfts and I'll be disputing the repair charge once it posts.

First and last time, I'll do business here. I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I even did them a favor and dropped my vehicle off. Did I get a call that my vehicle was ready? No. I was given one quote for the service. I go to pick up my vehicle, and the guy at the front desk answered the phone and did everything else but acknowledge me. He finally placed the call on hold and rang me up. The word "Alignment" was written and circled on my invoice as if I consented. He gave me a total with the Alignment added. I told him I didn't request nor consent to an Alignment. I was ready to just pay the balance due to get out of there but he insisted to make things right and remove the Alignment service. I guess he thought he was doing me a favor. Long story short, my Change Oil Change light is on so I guess that was never turned off either.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It’s really sad that we have to deal with people who just doesn’t give a damn about servicing customers, when customers are the ones that GIVE THEM A JOB! Darrell has undelivered his promise on every aspect of my interaction with him. My car got towed on Friday morning, 8/18 to Mr. Tire. Tow truck guy tells me i should be receiving a call from them. I follow up around 4pm on Sat., 8/19 and they tell me they just found out who my car belonged to. Then he promises me that i’ll get my car on Sunday, 8/20. I follow-up around 4pm on Sunday and tells me he doesn’t have the tire in stock so he’ll order and have my car ready by 10am on Monday, 8/21. I call him at 12:30pm on Monday, 8/22 and he tells me my car isn’t ready. I ask him why and he doesn’t give me an answer then tells me it’ll be ready in 3 hours. It’s constant run around, i ask him about it when i pick up my car and he is utterly rude and disrepectful. Can’t believe someone like him is running the shop. WOW.

In an industry (auto) where accurate time estimates are truly hit or miss, these guys have been spot on both times i've been! Super pleasant to work with, the second time when I had a big nail in my tire, they took care of it without charge and got me back out on the road within a few hours (great local coffee shop nearby to work at in the interim :). I'll be back! ... though hopefully not soon ha

I had a terrible experience with Mr. Tire recently, and I feel it's important to share my story here, although I will not mention specific names. Here's what happened:Mr. Tire kept my car for almost a week without informing me about the issue. On the third day--when I called--they informed me that they couldn't even diagnose the problem because they had misplaced the keys. The person who knew their location was unavailable that day, and they couldn't reach him.Frustrated by this situation, I called customer service (the number you can find in the replies to these reviews if you scrolls down). The customer service rep contacted the shop and told them the district manager would need to be involved if they couldn't figure this out. Interestingly, the customer service representative was rude to me during our conversation. (If the corporate team is reading this, it would be beneficial to use it as an example of poor customer service during training sessions.)The following day (which marked the fourth day my car had resided in the frustrating confines of Mr. Tire), since I hadn't received any communication from Mr. Tire, I decided to call them. They finally informed me that my car had a major rear main seal leak, which would cost around $2000 to repair. I was done with Mr. Tire. I arranged for a tow truck to transport my car to another mechanic, who fixed the issue in just one hour. It turned out that the problem was a leaking hose, and the total cost of the repair was $250.In short:Mr. Tire $2000 vs. Other Shop $250.Mr. Tire: 4 days with no repair vs. Other Shop 60 minutes and I'm driving away.I had been a loyal customer of Mr. Tire for years, mainly because of their excellent ratings. However, if you check their recent ratings, you'll notice that they have significantly worsened. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson, namely to check the recent ratings in addition to the all time, cumulative number. Although it took me four days to realize it, I'm grateful that I didn't go ahead with the repairs at Mr. Tire.

Update: Thanks to customer service for the auto-reply within minutes. Must be a bot. The number that you provided is exactly the same number that I have been calling and you have ignored me every time. How disingenuous since that I'm still waiting for a call back weeks after making at least 4 calls to "Customer Service". My case id is 409305, you have all my details but I know you're not interested in helping me because you would have done so already. This response is just checking a box pretending to the public that you care.........These guys will find out how fast your car will go.In Sept '22 I took my $100k sports-car to have a tire plugged. I felt secure leaving it with them since I knew a couple of guys that worked there. Bad idea. When I picked the car up, something was off, the manager said that they had taken it for a road-test. A test that was not required, nor did I authorize it. So I reviewed the dash-cam footage to reveal that two employees had taken my car for a joyride. Follow this link to see the abuse: facebook.com/10000028360…I called Monro head-office because the dash-cam footage revealed that the manager on-duty approved the joyride. Although they didn't crash the car, they certainly damaged the engine because Supercharged cars are supposed to be warm before they are driven hard, there's no way this engine was even close to being warm. The District Manager promised me that he would fire the staff concerned and compensate me with a new set of tires when I needed them.Fast-forward to July '23 when my tires were worn and it came time to make me whole, I discovered that the original District Manager had left and his replacement, Mike Sisson, refused to return my calls. Even Monro head-office Customer Service ghosted me. So I'm left high-and-dry with no recourse other than involving the police and my lawyer. To summarize, this location had no control of their staff, even the manager on duty. When you try to resolve the issue with their Customer Service team District Manager, they completely ignore you. IMHO this organization is rotten from top to bottom. It's a shame that Yelp doesn't allow me to upload videos of the joyride. Shocking.

Don't waste your time, they won't call you to come in and have your tires installed when they turn up. Then when you go into the store to chase it you are told they will call you, please leave you info. They still don't call and follow up. Then when you go in to question as to why they have not called you a week down the road after two attempts on multiple days to get updates the front desk guy shouts at you about growing pains. STAY AWAY! Zero service, they just don't care at all and I ordered $1000 worth of tires.
