The customer service at this establishment is truly remarkable, showcasing dedication and friendliness. I had the pleasure of interacting with an employee named "Ketch" with distinctive red dreads, who went above and beyond to assist me even in areas outside of his direct responsibility. His helpful and friendly demeanor stood out.However, despite the outstanding service in some areas, there is room for improvement in the Deli department. The staffing situation appears inadequate, with a noticeable shortage of workers. Furthermore, it seems that some employees may not have received proper training, as evidenced by their handling of food. The long wait times for subs are exacerbated by the deli workers having to juggle between preparing hot and ready-to-eat items and assembling cold or toasted subs.One glaring issue is the lack of adherence to proper food safety practices. Many deli workers consistently wear the same gloves while handling various objects and different foods, leading to a high risk of cross-contamination. This practice is unacceptable, especially in a reputable establishment like Publix.The quality of the subs is another concern. The process takes an extended period, and the end result often lacks the finesse one would expect. On one occasion, my sub was prepared so haphazardly that it resembled something my 8-year-old son might have assembled.To make matters worse, I witnessed a distressing incident where a deli worker was subjected to harassment by a customer who used offensive language. Shockingly, the staff seemed slow to react, taking approximately 7 minutes to even consider calling the police. The harassment continued even as the customer left the premises, with law enforcement arriving nearly 10 minutes later. Such incidents demand immediate and decisive action to ensure the safety and well-being of both customers and employees.In conclusion, while the customer service is commendable in some areas, there are glaring issues within the Deli department that require urgent attention. Addressing the staffing shortage, improving training, enforcing proper food safety protocols, and ensuring a swift response to incidents of harassment are crucial steps toward creating a more positive and secure shopping environment. I sincerely hope to see positive changes in the future for the benefit of both customers and employees. Thank you for considering my feedback.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!I tried giving this Publix a few tries since it’s close to my work but today was too many red flags to ignore. As I’m waiting in the sub line the online order customers start to come in and ask where their subs are. The manager then comes out to say their ticket machine was stuck, therefore they missed them. This happens all the time so I doubt it’s always the machine fault. So instead of the manager jumping in to help make the subs he just tells the lady employees to make the online orders. This Publix has never been efficient to do both online and in store orders!!! Always backed up!! Deli staff is also very slow and not well trained! While ordering I noticed the lady making my sub use her phone to make the online order. This is food contamination!!! Then she attempts to make mine using the same glove. At the end of it all she coughed twice into my sub! I ended up throwing the sub away because I felt it was contaminated. Never coming here again. Beware to anyone that does.

Don't use online ordering for the deli. I waited 20 minutes past the pickup time while customers walking in got their subs made. Then I'm told they don't have the ingredients for the subs I ordered. 20 minutes of waiting for nothing. Of course it was marked "complete" in the app on time though.Update: I had a good experience walking in and ordering a meal early on Saturday 10/21. The deli staff seemed slammed with prep but were very friendly and quick.

Always the best service. Publix makes the best sandwhiches. Tonight, the awesome Jae served me and made my sandwhich. She was super sweet and gave me amazing service. It's so rare to encounter nice people in today's climate. Jae was refreshing. Thank you so much!!!

If you need the best sub on planet earth for your money, Publix is the place to go. They never disappoint. The customer service at this location in the deli dept was so nice. I got a roast beef and swiss and it was OMG!! If you never had a Publix sub go get one .You wont be disappointed trust me!!

The turnover at the deli department doesn’t make any sense. Publix is clearly not paying these people. A competitive wage all of the good employees are gone. They have untrained and unqualified people in the deli department. It took me almost an hour to get a sandwich with only three customers ahead of me, the service I received was slow and horrible. It was like she never seen bread before in her life one of the sloppiest sandwiches I have ever seen made by a human being. I will have to wait a couple of months while these people get more practice and training. I don’t want to embarrass the young lady, but she can never fix my sandwich again. Her ability to follow instructions. Was that of a child with ADD every aspect of my experience today at Publix was terrible. Better luck next time.

This Publix only keeps 1 row of any product in the store. They never keep enough of anything to restock, maybe because it's a Publix Market? I'm not sure, but once they run out of something that's it. They don't have more in the back to restock a row of anything in the aisles. Don't bother asking for anything if it's not on the shelves. They don't have it

Me and my family went to this grocery store to go shopping and it is a good Publix but I've been to better publixs. The layout was a little different than the other publix stores I've been to but it is overall a 4 out of a 5 star.

Very friendly butcher, great meat ( had standing rib roast in stock) excellent produce, actually fresh that morning bread. Out of fresh rosemary but 5 stars anyway for the time they spent looking in the back.

Lou ann was rude. she worked in produce and i asked her to fill a ballon for me because i couldn’t do it myself and she said “are you really wasting my time for a ballon??” “one ballon, really?!” isn’t that your job?

You never go wrong by choosing Publix. I am definitely a Publix Fan. I especially like their "Caesar Pasta Salad" it is SO GOOD!! ???

Great location, but sometimes the deli doesn't change the oil and the food has bitter, burned oil after taste.

Just moved around this location and it's a good Publix so far. Always very clean and stocked most of the time.
