I have known Rosalind whom is the owner of this Recovery Tax establishment for over 7 years. I came to her to do my 2017 IRS Federal Taxes. I used tax form to initially do my own taxes. While doing the taxes the form in which I used truncated all of my entries to the next row. This caused me to enter over $198k in taxes. Despite Rosalind doing my taxes line by line to fix the issue. She indeed resolved it. The IRS began to review my taxes and because of Covid-19 it was placed the back burner. So lastly, I hired a tax attorney to look into this and the IRS decided to do a complete audit back to 2010. Nevertheless Rosalind did a great job! She also told me not to worry IT WILL BE RESOLVED! I just received a notification from the IRS last week that the taxes has been released of $198k plus fines and fees! Thank GOD!!! That I met Rosalind and her great integrity, professional expertise and knowledge of taxes!

This establishment is garbage the owner did my taxes in 2019 but the IRS didn't receive them until 2021 please people check to make sure your taxes are processed I paid her and she said nothing until I contacted the IRS please please please

My cousin referred me to this company and it was the best decision in my life. Ms. Williams professionalism, mannerisms, and time efficiency was excellent. This is my second year working with recovering tax services and I will continue to work with them in the following years.

Whew let me just say they made my taxes such a breeze. I’m only 23 and I’m not fluent in tax language and being a student I’m never too sure how to properly do everything but they help break everything down. They were so kind and helpful and I plan on returning yearly!!

Rosalind was very good at assessing what was required to submit my admendments and I received money back to apply to my taxes. She is definitely an excellent tax service provider!
