If you value your time I recommend taking your business elsewhere.My business partner and I had a meeting this morning at 10:30 AM to open an account for our new business venture.We arrived early, and the banker came to us asking us if we had our LLC documentation and EIN expecting we wouldn’t have it and trying to reschedule.We of course had the documents and he said “I’m very backed up, can we reschedule for next week?”I said absolutely not. This is very poor business practice. If you had known you couldn’t make the meeting today, a courtesy call is required. This bank didn’t have the courtesy to call us and ask to reschedule. They did it in person in the most unprofessional way wasting our valuable time and energy.By the way, there were no customers in the bank so it made no sense.My partner and I both run multimillion dollar businesses currently and know that our new venture will be a home run.Regions just missed out on millions in the bank every year due to a lack of professionalism.Don’t go here if you value your time.- Essential Grind Coffee Co.

I needed a card printed urgently and Dorian helped me right away! He was kind and efficient with services and when I asked for credit card options, he explained it simply enough for me to understand! Armit was pleasant and great at team reinforcement and encouraging further communications regarding future credit options that were best for me! Thanks guys!

I set an appointment for the last 3 days for 10:00 to retrieve some paperwork for a legal matter and have been met with nothing but a lack of compliance, rescheduling my appointment multiple times and even laughing at my face as I waited patiently for 30 Min in front the door, it’s been 3 day and at this point it is an obstruction of my case and I am forced to file legal papers to retrieve my information, this specific location is always giving me hard times and furthering my inconvenience, I had to call and wait on hold I order to be told that they where rescheduling my appointment which means they would have left me outside waiting with no intention of serving me if I hadn’t taking the initiative to call and check on an appointment that they where supposed to honor, I’m leaving this review to advise anyone with a regions account to use one of their other branches for service, the Roswell branch are much more pleasant as well as the sandy springs branch, but the MT Vernon Rd regions in ATL is the worst in terms of punctuality and effort

I'm a long time Regions customer and will continue to be one at other locations, but this branch is the worst. I went in December 2020 to close out my safe deposit box. I called ahead and still had to wait outside for 30 minutes before being let in. No other customers were inside at the time. I cleaned out my box and when it came time to close out the account, the teller realized she LOST BOTH MY KEYS. It took her 45 minutes to find them- she had stuffed them in a drawer. Then she couldn't even close out the account because she didn't know how to do it. She told me to return another day; I still haven't closed the box because I do not want to go back there. In addition, the only other person working that day was on a personal phone call to another employer scheduling an interview. The utter lack of professionalism at this branch is astounding. Bank elsewhere at another Regions branch, but not here!!

On a Monday at 1:30 pm the lobby is closed because there are no bankers available. Drive to Roswell rd and their closed until 2pm. I hate REGIONS BANK

Today, I came in with my mom who has a Region checking account and she needed a temporary card. Isabel Adan helped my mother, made us feel comfortable, greeted us at the door and assisted my mother in Spanish. I am grateful for that. She told us she is new and that she’s only been with the company 4 months and I really enjoyed her services that I had to write a review. I’ve been bringing my mother to this location for the past 2 years and the service has been average to HORRIBLE. But, today it was wonderful.

Never use the ATM for deposits it might keep your money and an error message will pop up. When you go in to file a dispute the bank teller will probably just tell you to call the number on the atm which doesn't even exist. Always an issue with Regions.

The staff at the Dunwoody Regions Bank rush transactions and it is quite difficult to tell who the manager is. They seem more interested in helping the next person in line than me. Even then, "help" is a relative term.

Really disappointed with Ms. SIMONE costumer service shes Supposed to be the manager at this location.
