A customer visited the store after work and was amazed with how clean the store was and how wonderful the clothes were. The customer made two separate purchases during this visit. The experience was amazing because two associates worked together wonderfully; they got things done but had fun working beside each other. They both made the customer laugh. One associate did an amazing job by showing the perfumes that were on sale and offering samples. The customer expressed a wish to buy the perfume in the future. During a subsequent visit, the customer was disappointed that those specific associates were not there. Interaction with other staff was minimal, limited to needing the fitting room or checking out. At checkout, the cashier did not ask for a phone number for the points account, but the customer noted rue21 had a way to add it online so points were not missed. Overall, the customer thanks rue21 for having amazing associates and can't wait to keep shopping there and run into them again. The store provides an amazing experience with wonderful clothes and a clean environment.
