Carlos was so very helpful and professional in resolving an issue with my daughter’s Apple Watch. He made sure our problem was fixed and that we didn’t have to pay more than I expected. I highly recommend visiting the store for any T-Mobile assistance!

When you think of customer service you always expect and would hope to receive top of the line service. Thankfully through this hectic Christmas time I was able to receive that by Carlos! He was top of the line and I truly recommend him Over anyone I ever worked with! He's truly amazing. Thank you so much and God bless you. Such a genuine and amazing person! I went in today to get my son a new iPad for Christmas, and Carlos helped me. He was honestly so great. He noticed that my iPhone screen protector was completely shattered, and looked up to see if I had the insurance, which I did, so he not only gave me a brand new screen protector, but he also wiped my whole phone down, cleaned it, and then placed it on there for me. My phone literally looks like a brand new phone!!! He went out of his way to do that for me, and it honestly just blew my mind that there are still such nice people in the world. He was so kind and friendly, and made the experience such a simple, quick, and nice experience. He helped me pick out the perfect iPad for my son, and I walked out of there paying even less monthly, than I do now! If you need to go to T-Mobile for any reason, please go to this one and ask for Carlos. He was seriously so nice and just made my entire day. Thank you for everything you did Carlos, I really can’t thank you enough for being so kind.

I went in asking about plans for phones and internet. I was told they only had 1 plan. Did they think I was stupid enough to believe they only offered one plan for cell phone services? To add on to that I was told the only way to get a cheaper plan was if I was over 55 for a senior citizens discount. Luckily, I went to a different T-Mobile store and was told the correct information and options that T-Mobile has to offer. I would recommend doing research before going to this store or they will try to sell you the most expensive plan. They need to train their sales associates about all the options their company offers.

AMAZING serivce at this location today (on a busy Black Friday). Devon solved my problem in a matter of minutes. I had been working to resolve my problem all day and had even been to a large national retailer for repair with no success. I really appreciate their willingness to help on the spot and also provide the service with a smile and a sense of humor. Thanks so much to the team at this location!

Service was okay. Amos took care of us. I wish he was telling us what he was doing every step but it was just silence. Received our phone & he said okay you pay this much. Doesn’t tell us what’s the breakdown of the payment until I had to ask. Wish the customer service side was a little better. I want to be excited for my new phone, not annoyed when I leave.

Raven is the best! She helped my mom insert two sim cards into my mom's new phone and active new service. She is soooo awesome, patient and efficient. I recommend her to anyone needing excellent customer service with great care. You will not be disappointed!!!

I went into the this location today to resolve an issue on my account. I was greeted by Thomas (store manager) and Raven. I told them my issue and concern and they completely had no customer service or regard for my concerns. This is unacceptable for a customer that has been apart of this phone service for over 8 years!

These guys are the best! There was no wait for service & they were eager to assist me. They solved my phone dilemma. I had accidentally hit the screen reader (Talkback) & could not navigate how to turn off the darn thing. They were skilled at fixing it on my Android Samsung Galaxy. Thanks guys!

So I had my phone stolen, and apparently I didn't have anything setup correctly to retrieve the information I needed from that stolen phone. When the grown children huddle together to overthrow the Matriarch's phone, I end up here. With any of my previous reviews regarding new/upgrading phones, I get a little hesitant. I'm all for progressing technologies. However, as long as I can make/answer calls & snap a clear picture I'm good. That's not good enough for the Tribe, so hello T-Mobile. Many thanks to the super awesome & helpful Shanteneque "Shan" for her patience while walking me through the process & prices for the upgrade. I hope the universe knows there is no such thing as a "free" upgrade. Yet, Shan was really cool even with my AARP moments when I needed re-clarification...a few times over. So here's to upgrading. I tried to get the same phone (newer Generation) yet my Daughter said "No Ma'am, you can handle a bigger/newer phone." Well, Mini Ma'am, you pay for it & I'll take a mini iPad as well". Top-notch service as the employees exude friendly/helpful teamwork in assisting the customers. & this is regardless of who's assisting whom. Starry shout out to the Manager serving as the Greeter & making sure everyone is welcomed & taking care of. I'll be back tomorrow to pick up my new iPhone.
