This location usually gets my simple one drink order wrong, I’ve watched a barista pour out espresso from my iced macchiato because they didn’t leave enough room for cold foam!!!!!! Today was the worst, their nitro cold brew is absolutely horrible. This location is serving RANCID NITRO COLD BREW. I even went inside to have it remade because maybe it was regular cold brew by mistake, NO they are just serving rancid expired nitro cold brew and not listening to customers when they say it taste LIKE GARBAGE!

I cannot contain my excitement as I share my recent experience at the Dunwoody Village Starbucks—it was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the infectious energy and wonderful demeanor of Tristan, one of the young men behind the counter. His genuine smile and fantastic customer service set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional visit.But Tristan wasn't the only standout star at this Starbucks. The entire staff deserves a round of applause for their unwavering commitment to providing top-notch customer service and creating an unforgettable experience for every patron. Whether it was greeting guests with a warm welcome or going above and beyond to ensure that every order was perfect, their dedication was truly commendable.And let me tell you about the young man who was at the window on March 6, 2024, at 10:07 AM—although I didn't catch his name, his uplifting spirit and kind words made my day! His genuine warmth and heartfelt blessings were a beautiful reminder of the kindness and goodness in the world, and I left the drive-thru window with a smile on my face and gratitude in my heart.Now, let's talk about the beverages. The new Ice Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha and Iced Lavender Oatmilk Latte were both absolute game-changers. Not too floral, perfectly balanced, and expertly crafted by my favorite barista, they were simply divine. And speaking of baristas, Lincoln deserves a special mention for his bomb barista skills and sweet personality. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that every drink comes out perfectly, and his attention to detail is truly commendable.And don't even get me started on the recently introduced limited-time Luck of the Matcha Crème Frappuccino—it's an absolute must-try! Creamy, indulgent, and bursting with flavor, it's the perfect treat to brighten up any day.In conclusion, the Dunwoody Village Starbucks is more than just a coffee shop—it's a beacon of positivity, kindness, and exceptional service. If you drove deeper into Dunwoody to another Starbucks you would still get your order faster than at this store. The employees ignore you as much as possible rather than help.

Love this team! They rock! They are working their butts off every time I swing by. They’re always polite and welcoming. Sometimes things get backed up sure (especially at peak hours), but they can’t help that. They are doing their best. If you’re losing your cool over coffee, you’ve got bigger issues. keep up the great work guys and thank you!

It actually pains me to write this review as someone who truly never complains. But after giving so many chances to this location despite multiple unpleasant incidents, and that’s putting it mildly, I am done done done. The disrespect I experienced by the « girl » (I would say animal but I would actually be insulting animals) who was heating up the pastries I ordered was utterly disgusting. I ordered, the cashier was polite, so was the barista I briefly interacted with. The specimen who was in charge of my order was taking so long heating my 3 croissants that the 2 customers that were just ahead of me in line had already finished their drinks and were getting ready to leave before she was done with mine. And after analyzing her behavior behind the counter I realized she was deliberately delaying my order. She went in the back room, walked around, stalled before deciding to put my pastries in the oven. I was still calm, patient and gave her the benefit of the doubt. But when she actually THREW my croissants across the counter until one actually fell out the bag and then proceeded to NOT call my name to let me know that my order was ready I got the confirmation that everything she did was deliberate and purely hate-motivated. Icing on the cake, I walk up to call her out but the specimen ignored me and rushed to the back like the coward she obviously is. Unfortunately, I have had so many acquaintances who are minorities (Asians, blacks, Latinos) who have experienced similar hate/discrimination by some, not all employees at that location in the past 2 years. I chastised them for playing the race card, perhaps because I have been a customer there since they first opened and it was certainly not like that before. But I will not spend another penny there.

Placed mobile order at 730am on December 14, 2023 and pay, only to arrive to see a sign on door saying they will not open until 10:30am because of water main work. I get they can’t control water main work, but someone screwed up and forgot to turn off mobile ordering, and that’s messing up every person that orders that way this morning. If you make that kind of mistake and put out that much disappointment in a hundred people’s mornings, you deserve a bad review. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back, which wastes more time.

Unlike other Starbucks, the employees rarely greet customers and are not friendly. Drinks are often made differently than ordered and they never apologize. I think the employees will have to study recipes again. Anyone can make mistakes, but I think repeated mistakes need to be improved upon. I feel stressed when I go to Starbucks here.

Constantly makes mistake and never sorry. Manager or assistant manager is authoritative, has no concept of customer service unlike any other Starbucks locations I’ve been to. I really hope the location improves.

The worst service. Arrived 2 mins later than my mobile order pick up time and waited 20 mins for my very simple coffee order. Whoever is managing the staff needs to train up the baristas to multi-task and to move a little faster.

The personnel named ‘bella’ was pretty rude. She took a big breath when I asked if I can scan for starbucks app. Also I specifically asked for whipped cream but nothing on top.

The staff are very sincere. I ordered my caramel macchiato. It was not at all good. I went back and they replaced my drink. Again it was bad. They made another drink for me. This time it was okay. But not great taste like at my dunwoody starbucks. I loved their effort. But the result was bad. I hope it gets better.
