WORST branch experience ever! I rarely give reviews and it has to be pretty bad for me to post one. There is no service and when they do interact with you they are ALL rude. It started by receiving a confusing letter in the mail, called the customer service number and they told me that I needed to contact the branch. Called the branch for several days in a row and each time it would go straight to voicemail but wouldn't let you leave a message. It is very disappointing to see this bank decline in service as I was a former SunTrust employee for 16 years when service meant something. Time to shop for a new bank with all of the great options right around the corner in Dunwoody!

Trust Company was great. However, after each “merger” this banking entity has gone downhill. They are literally a shell of their former self. Almost a waste of time. Employee turnover is unbelievable. A they try to nickel & dime you for everything. Just move to an online bank. At least they pay you a decent interest rate.

Terrible management - the representative took my phone , type her email address in my phone so she could see the flyer from another bank to see if they would honor the higher interest rate. They didn’t ask me if they could type the email address - what wrong with write down the email address and I will send it to them.. I didn’t appreciate that approach. I told her not to do that, grab my phone back.Will consider switch to another bank after being loyal customer for more than 27 years. it just gotten worse every time I go to this branch.

Opened my bank account not even 3 weeks ago - he had my ID to make my account and still spelt my name wrong so everything was wrong and had to go above his head to beg to get it fixed. Branch never answers the phone - he only called back bc a supervisor through their support line was trying to get in contact on my behalf. Was also supposed to get my debit card and had to keep calling bc I haven’t yet. One day they said to give it more time, legit next day representative said it’s lost in mail and charged me $30 to get sent a new one since I didn’t want to wait another 2 weeks for something that wasn’t my fault. Nothing but a nightmare!

Why have a physical bank when you have to wait 30 minutes to see a banker! They have one banker and one teller, at 2pm... The teller line is 8 deep and people waiting for the banker is 4 deep.

banker connor says i cant serve u because i “offended him” simply for saying why he cant make me a cashier check like all other locations, manager is also just sitting down doing nothing

Y'all need to update your hours of operation. I never used to have to worry about getting to Truist-suntrust before 6pm on FRIDAYS because they always have closed at 6pm on Friday avd alot of people get paid on Friday. Not that anyone at Truist cares but i work in the Medical field and closing an hour early on Friday makes no sense because of Covid? You've been open all day! Whose to say your first customer of the day didn't have Covid. It's very much a hassle. I can't help that the boss is old school and still gives paper checks or i wouldn't bother trying to make it. INCONVENIENCE and the reasoning is lame TRUIST! Terrible decision but like I said y'all don't care.

AVOID SunTrust for as long as Truist pretends to make a seem less merger with its second rate Atlanta customers. I’ve wasted 1.75 hours this month trying to log on to SunTrust online banking without success.

I have worked with Pam Fordham at this branch for decades. She worked with my father and my mother as well in the 90's She is amazing. Please don't ever retire Pam.

No one would answer the phone. they kept transferring me to the branch manager who no longer works there.
