The Fresh Market in Dunwoody is an amazing and wonderful grocery store, described as a favorite for high quality items. Reviewers note it is calm even when busy and has a great selection, including wonderful produce that tends to last longer, a nice selection of meats and fish, and a pretty good sandwich counter. The store has really good sales daily and beats other local grocers. While it can be a bit pricey, employees are noted for being friendly and knowledgeable, with some going out of their way to ensure a good experience and pure perfection in customer service. However, their private labeled so-called gelato is absolutely the worst.
Totally lacking in creaminess and density.
It's obvious that their buyers have no clue what gelato is.

This store does a great job keeping things organized. Even when employees are restocking shelves, they make sure customers can still move through the aisles comfortably. During my last visit, someone offered assistance without being asked, which made finding an item much easier.
