“I called the location to book a Uhaul. I had called four locations and Natalie answered the phone. She took her time, answered all my questions and helped me book my reservation in less than three minutes and we even had a great conversation.
When I got done, I told her how impressed I was and she was shocked that she thought she did a good job.

“The storage facility is in a very convenient location, easy to get in and out of. The on-site staff is very accommodating. I asked them to show me a couple of the units so that I can decide which one I wanted and they were very happy to do it. Their checkout system is done via video in the lobby and you get the same rate as the online rate Sam assisted me in checking out and she was lovely. You do get a discount if you have homeowners insurance so come prepared with a photo of your declarations page. Overall, it’s been a great experience”

“My Company leases our truck from Ryder. We are based out of Fletcher, NC and run from Asheville to South Atlanta on a daily basis. We frequently need service and have been to almost all shops between Asheville and Atlanta.
Doraville has the best customer service of all of them. Vic has been great in getting us back on the road and I would like to give a special shout out to Kaiden who is so friendly and determined to get our truck fixed. Vic and Kaiden have excellent customer service skills and Ryder should be grateful to have them working for them.

If you have an appointment and you have your business in order, they should take you at your reservation time and let the unprepared wait.”
