“These guys are really great and extremely professional. There was a misunderstanding around my drop off resulting in charges that shouldn’t have been there. I decided to go speak with them in person; and Larry, an admin, was very patient and explained what had happened. At the same time another customer was upset over a different misunderstanding, and without missing a beat, Larry and the rep helping the customer figured out the cause of confusion, and explained it to customer who immediately understood and was happy. I can only imagine what this team of people who work there must deal with on a daily basis, just judging by this visit (at 9AM!)”

“Great service all-around. Deion, the person who checked us out when we returned the vehicle, was a real pleasure to deal with. Very personable, friendly and helpful. The perfect example of what an Enterprise representative should be. The check-in service took a lot longer than I expected though. I think it took about 45 minutes for us to get our vehicle. But, it just seemed to be because it was a very busy morning. About 8 people in there that morning. Overall, great experience and it left a very positive impression on us. Happy to continue using Enterprise in the future.”

Von was extremely helpful and patient with my to navigate this space that my husband usually manages. Check in and out was swift and professional. Clean and well maintain vehicles.STORAGE: I was able to obverse Von’s attention to detail and congenial nature when working with current and prospective patrons.OVERALL: The location is extremely clean with lots of parking. I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy (supervisor) whom I personally overheard her telephone professionalism. I had a glitch and was so stressed, but Tracy stepped in with the solution IMMEDIATELY. “Exceeded expectations. As someone who would prefer to do everything online and hassle free, this was the ideal way to rent a truck (or in my case, a cargo van). Had to pick up a large item from the hardware store and after it didn't fit in our SUV, made a reservation with Fetch for the same day. Uploaded my license and insurance information- and we were in our rental within 30 minutes. Check in/check out instructions were super detailed & we were sent a receipt shortly after returning the vehicle. Best part? Never had to interact with a rental counter. I don't rent trucks often, but will only use Fetch from now on.”

Return it clean and the gasoline exactly at the same as in your picture or they will charge you $7.00 a gallon to put the same amount of gasoline back in it. Nice people.Thanks”
