They were my shining light of positivity at the midst of a very dark week. The assisted me in obtaining my rental even when one of the customer service events on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Thanks to them I was able to meet a very important deadline. Give them both raises.”
“Convenient and friendly. My only complaint is that it can take forever to get your equipment even when you have done everything on line because so many people do nothing before they arrive. If you have an appointment and you have your business in order, they should take you at your reservation time and let the unprepared wait.”
