Great Customer Service Experience!

Drove to this further location to smell a fragrance they said they had in stock, but a sample was no where to be found. The store was a mess with stuff all over the floor.

- First, there are no attendants to ask if you need anything,
- second, the line, even though it is small, never moves,
- third, it takes a long time to process the purchase, - fourth, you always need to have an account with them,
- fifth, it takes a long time on the phone if you call this store and need help,
- sixth, no one knows how to solve anything!

Terrible experience and location the Managers at this location AJ and amber
is terrible rude and disgusting. I came to this location to return items I was not satisfied with per policy it does not matter if items are used or not on your website no where does it say if items are used it will not be returned. I pulled the policy up for them and they still refused to take my return! The store is always dirty and never restocked customer service at this location is terrible and I think cooperate need to come spend some time at this location and rehire the whole staff. I am going to make this a big deal until I get my issue resolved.

The store is disorganized and unclean. It lacks the atmosphere for retail therapy. This location isn't encouraging for casually exploring and shopping.

I simply wanted to shop for some new perfume and everything is locked up. Can’t even see what travel size perfumes are available. You have to go through & wait for management to buy perfume and to see what’s available. Such an inconvenience. The company might as well stop selling perfumes, if it’s such a hassle. I walked in and left. I went to Sephora with no issues.

My first time at this Ulta location & it was pretty decent.
Staff were very helpful & full of energy ✨
Their shelves however were ransacked omg.
I tried a new lip product & so far so good.
I’ll be back if I need an ulta in this area ever again.

It was my first time to visit this Ulta. Great experience, but I wasn't in there long. I just grabbed what I needed and checked out. I like that the staff at Ulta offers to help you if you need it but doesn't constantly hover over you.

This is now the second time that I have had to wait to have my product rung up until the employee got done texting. Second time!!! I work retail and we aren't even allowed to have our phones in the floor. Ulta Manager, please explain that we, the customer, pay your staff's salary. TEXTING WHEN A CUSTOMER IS WAITING IS INAPPROPRIATE!!!!
