Get my hair done at this location. I drive 45 minutes each way to see Meredith. She is the absolute best. Always gets my color perfect and I walk out feeling so refreshed.

This place is quite literally never stocked. I work in the Perimeter area so it WOULD be convient to stop here for a gloss or a travel sized spray or SOMETHING, but they’re never stocked. And it has been like this for months. Candace was a great help to me after the manager Amber greeted me with an attitude and a nasty look. She may need to find a new job because there’s no way a person like her should be working with people, let alone managing people.

I booked an appointment with Meredith for an updo for a special black tie event I was attending last Saturday. I made my appointment weeks in advance for 2.15pm the afternoon of the event. I got a reminder text during the week, and arrived at the salon on time. When I checked in, I was told my appointment was CANCELLED and had someone not called me. Well, no one had called me to let me know. The Manger then arrived to talk to me, and she was very rude and unhelpful. She just kept repeating the same sentence that she understood how I felt which was ridiculous of course - she didn't. There were two stylists in the salon at the time with clients and they refused to fit me in with one of them. Instead, she offered to send me to Alpharetta or Buckhead. This might have worked for me if they made the arrangements earlier that day but at this point it was too late and I had to leave to get ready for the event. What upset me most was the attitude of the Manger and her lack of empathy. I would definitely not recommend the salon at ULTA my experience was shockingly bad. Never again.

Fairly discouraging. So I stopped through as I was leaving work. Asked for a moisturizer by Dorian Renault... After 5 minutes of frowning faces whenever the next employee was asked about it as if it was a repulsive ask rather than just looking it up in your system and you would have realized it was a label you carry. What's with three frowns? dismay? Just weirdness.Be human, smile, be helpful. It's your job and your life will be better for it and your customers may have a better experience.

I am highly disappointed! I came into Ulta this evening @ 7:45pm to redeem my Happy Birthday gift.I called earlier in the week to inquire because I was not sure of how the bday gift worked. I was advised to come into the store any time before the end of the month, show the Happy Birthday gift in my app along with my ID.The young lady at the front counter looked at my Happy Birthday message and asked me if I had a message in my email, which I didn’t. She then proceeded to tell me that there weren’t anymore gifts anyway. I said “Thank you” and left!I am not certain of how I am feeling about this experience, I am certain that I felt very “uncomfortable”.I think that I will take my business elsewhere.Thank you Ulta Perimeter.

I went here the day before Christmas looking to treat myself. I needed a good concealer and foundation and was clueless about which to choose. A particular brand was recommended to me , but when I met makeup artist/employee Candice, she asked if she could show me a brand that she thinks would look really good. SHE WAS RIGHT ON TARGET!!! She applied the product to my face, and I was in love. I was like “take all my money” . I have used my new products everyday since I made the purchase and get compliments daily. Thank you Candice!!

I feel like stock at this particular Ultra isn't always great, but I always felt like the employees have been friendly and helpful when I shop here. Candice, in particular, helped me use a coupon this evening that I didn't know about. I thought that was really nice of her and appreciated saving some money. Five stars to her ✨️

I came to Ulta in Dunwoody perimeter center and Candice helped me, I couldn't have someone better, she helped me find everything I needed for my makeup, she is a specialist in finding the right colors, without overlooking what an incredible salesperson she is, she helped me take everything I really needed and I had only come for my base. You should look for it when you come to Ulta! I loved her, she's amazing

I got my hair cut today by Meredith and I am in love with my hair!! I have curly hair and it's generally so hard to find a stylist that knows how to cut curly hair. I was little skeptical coming but once Meredith sat me in the chair and asked me some questions about my hair I felt at ease. I was originally in for a curly cut and scalp treatment but she looked at my hair and recommended I do a deep condition treatment instead of the scalp treatment. She definitely knows what she was doing. Overall I had a good experience and will be back.
