Love all UO, this one you have to catch new items early, because it’s connected to Perimeter Mall the good stuff can go fast! Employees are kind and super sweet.

Tell your security to check their racism. My friend and I, two black people, got followed outside of the store and back into the mall! Made the both of us feel extremely uncomfortable. Stop treating your shoppers like this and do better.

Check your freakin security. My friend and I are both black and we walked out of the store because we didn't see anything we wanted however, your security guard proceeded to then follow us outside and back into the mall for what exactly? What need did we have to steal? Stop profiling your customers and then gaslighting us when we question you. NEVER coming back here again. We felt so uncomfortable. It's extremely sad that your security guard judged us by the color of our skin and berated us outside of the store.

My daughter likes to shop here. The staff is friendly, and the dressing rooms are well taken care of. Prices can get expensive.

Didn't know this store was this expensive. I didn't see anything I liked in there. And I am quite sure if I did. I wouldn't have paid them prices. I will definitely not visit there again

Urban outfitters is great as usual, it's urban outfitters. this time I went though, I stumbled upon this sour candy that I've never seen before. I went back three times and bought multiple packs

Great vibe!! Had exactly what I needed. They price matched online and gave me tax free due to not using a box. Set me up with loyalty points as well. I bought the clear cassette player and still love it. Woman at the counter very friendly, well dressed. Felt like home!

Staff was amazing and easy to get around, I felt so included being handicap there and was shown an elevator. Not many of the stores in malls have a lot of space and the bars are low and easy to snag on but urban is way above on the inclusiveness way to go!

They sell vinyl records at about $30 a piece and a vinyl record player at $110. I found it interesting.

I did curbside pickup twice at this location and both times were horrible!! Considering I did curbside, thinking it would be a “quick process” nope I waited like 25 minutes, kept having to call them! Honestly would’ve just been easier going inside but then what the hell would be the point of a curbside pickup option?? Do better
