Ty was really helpful and great. Made everything easy for me to understand and he helped out multiple people in the same manner while I was there filling out shipping information.

Finally, a post office without any issues. Walked right in up to the counter and dropped off my package, and got confirmation. No line, no wait, no issue, no attitude. There is plenty of free parking too. This will be my place of choice from now on.

So not send mail out of this post office from the counter. They steal. I send a card to my mother that had a gift card in it. I had a feeling when I went to the counter to get the lady to meter it for a stamp that it may get stolen. In my mind I thought I should probably do tracking on this but I didn't and that sucks. But I know she stole it and she was rude. Whoever was working that counter on 5/7/2025 at 3:55 pm is a thief. Go to the main post office in town not here.

Worst experience ever at a post office. The guy at the front was horrible for no reason. Smart mouthed me for no reason, I was so confused during the whole interaction. Terrible!

Very very rude staff, there was only one guy. Not willing to help, at least for the first timers who are sending the mail. He is irritated and wants to only take payments. If you ask any questions he is laughing and treating you like a dumb. I asked him for a premium delivery which means fastest way possible, then he laughed at me and telling me you don’t call it premium, you should call express/priority. Aren’t we supposed to tell the fastest way …should we only mention as priority/express? What a terrible guy!!!!!!!!!! I hope USPS takes this seriously. I just want to go back to the store and yell at that man that you don’t deserve this job. And also when I was waiting in the line I was on an important call with my mom. He was telling me if I was not on call I would’ve called it an express delivery.

The woman at this location is extremely rude. While waiting in line, I observed her interaction with another customer who politely asked for her name. At first, she refused to give it, but after some hesitation, she finally said her name was “Kim.” Throughout their exchange, she had a smart mouth with him, even though he wasn’t being rude at all. Then, after I had already waited in line for 15 minutes, she tried to rush me at the counter. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. I had to write this review in the car so I wouldn’t forget because I don’t feel like that customer deserved her nasty attitude.

Worst place to go if you want to ship your packages! They lost 22 of my packages bc of their incompetence and rude service. If you come here to ship your packages you might as well give it to a friendly bird and hope it delivers it for you. Worst USPS in the area. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!

I was told that the post office was closed from 2-3 and then the staff put another paper on the door that they took lunch and closed the post office from 3-4. This is ridiculous you people need to be fired. Closing down for 3.5 hours on purpose during holiday time is crazy. There is no manager and no one to call.

Jones is the rudest usps employee I’ve ever met! If you don’t like your job that’s fine but no need to be rude with sarcastic answers, rude statements and amazingly negativity. It’s not a one off, he’s been consistently rude for the 2 years I lived there and i came back a few times after I moved because I work near there. Big mistake and attitude got worse. I literally try my hardest to not write bad reviews but this one is well deserved.

The woman working at the front was very rude. She was assisting a man before me and he was asking questions and she was being very short with him. She kept huffing and puffing saying she didn’t want to be there and talking bad about another worker who was coming in late. I felt bad for that customer because she was talking to him and on the phone and it was confusing. It was very rude and her attitude was not acceptable. As customers, we understand working with customers can be hard but she shouldn’t have taken it out on him. When I got to the counter, she didn’t acknowledge me , she was just on her phone talking to that person and didn’t say anything but what my total was. I understand people have bad days but her attitude and behavior was so uncalled for. The office literally opened ten minutes before and if she is acting like this at that time, I can’t imagine her attitude towards the end of the day.

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! The African guy(big) was super rude not just this time every single time. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He really needs to be replaced by some decent attendant.
