Multiple times now they’ve filled old prescriptions without telling me - when you go to the drive up window, they do not go through each prescription that they’re filling, they just give you everything that they have. Once you have paid for prescriptions that you did not want, it’s illegal to return them, so I’m just out the copay money with medications I don’t use anymore. The issue is that their system puts everybody’s medications on automatic refill whether you want it or not. So be cautious about this, and be very diligent about checking what medications they’re giving you at the drive up window before you give them your credit card. Most of the staff are pretty nice, although one pharmacist was really dismissive and blamed me, insisting that it was correct for them to fill early or discontinued medication, no interest in our experience as a customer.

01/ 06/2025 I always go. I even tend to buy rhino gas and paid $23 refill. I told the employee I need a propane gas refill please. She was charging me $71. I told her it was not the price $23. I don't want the cylinder. I have the cylinder in my car. I want one in exchange please. She told me another time for the refill $71. I didn't buy it because it's a scammer. These employees look dirty... a pharmacy business where the employees are scammers. I don't know if the owner or how they hire these people. I won't go back. Tomorrow I'll go there. They are excellent service.

This location has the slowest and rudest pharmacy and they aren’t even apologetic about it. You better plan on waiting at least 25 minutes to get waited on especially in the drive thru.

Avoid the pharmacy if you can. Staff is not friendly, prescriptions are never on time. 9 put of 10 you have to make multiple trips. Drive thru is worse.

It is Saturday, December 21, 24 at 10:00 p.m. at night and I am at the 5511 chamblee Dunwoody road location in Atlanta, trying to do an instacart order....and the manager told me that their bathrooms are for employees only and not for customers!!!! Do not stop here! That is ridiculous. I begged and pleaded and offered to give him my driver's license so he could trust that I would not trash his bathroom and he still would not let me. Not the Christmas spirit at all!!

Disappointing Experience with Neeshad at Walgreens
I had a store credit, but Neeshad, claiming to be the manager, refused to honor it without attempting to resolve the issue. His lack of knowledge and customer care was alarming.
As a manager, I expect basic understanding of store policies and a willingness to assist customers. Neeshad fell short.

The pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service. Two times in a row, I called to find out if a Rx was ready. They pick up the line and put me on hold without saying a word. Every time the phone rings back to them, they do it again. On hold for 15 minutes repeating this. Then, another time, the drive through pharmacy tech started questioning me about why I take certain prescriptions over the loudspeaker broadcasting her questions to the entire line. That is between my doctor and I. These people are terrible. Go down the road to the Sandy Springs Walgreens and it’s a night and day better experience.

This place has THE RUDEST PEOPLE in their pharmacy. I work right next door. I'll bocot that place even if I wanted a cheap drink. Rude don't cut it in this world.

I started to feel bad about the one start but then I saw how mad the rating was. But I would like to be clear this is for the pharmacist I spoke to today not the Walgreens. This guy was an unpleasant, repulsive, self inflated stain on society. When I called him out on how he was speaking to me he seemed surprised. This is how you know he behaved like for sometime. RIP customer service.

The manager was so rude and dismissive. I was careful to get in line behind the customer she was waiting on. I just wanted to ask a question and she accused me of trying to skip him in line. Even after I explained that it was no problem and moved even further back, she still had an awful attitude. No wonder this store continues to get bad ratings.

If I can give zero stars I would!! I don't understand why they have a drive thru window if no one is manning it!!!!!!!!!! It shouldn't take over 20 minutes to just pick up a prescription!! If you don't have people to work the drive thru, just close it!!!!!!! I used up 1/4 tank of gas waiting and then I just gave up. This walgreens has to be the most incompetent location.

I called to see if I could have my husband’s prescriptions filled sooner than the 4 hour time they gave me online. The rep was like “there are like 50 people ahead of you.” She never asked who I was or what medicine I was talking about. I had called them in an hour earlier and was just checking. Then she put me on hold for a while so eventually I hung up. Usually I’m on hold forever so I wasn’t about to be on hold twice in one call. Terrible, terrible customer service. This is by far the worst Walgreens on the planet.

Fill your prescriptions at this pharmacy if you have LOTS of time to sit around waiting. It's ridiculous how long the drive through window line and line at the inside counter are. Who has that kind of time to sit around waiting.
