I had already heard of ridicule from some pharmacy employees and today it was my turn, I went to ask about some of my husband's medicines and the young man who helped me was really rude. It's a shame they don't respect customers.

There is a youngman on the phone with an attitude. I wish the lead Pharmacist will teach him to show some patience with the senior customers. Other than this person, the others are more polite to the customers.

I've never had this much trouble getting prescriptions filled. It should not take 4 days to fill something. And even then I had to ask the exact right question. They never even said they were sorry! They said I hadn't given them enough time and when I pointed out it had been all week, they suddenly found the records. One error I can understand. Two??

Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians have always been kind and helpful. I know they have a lot of responsibility, and also have to handle the intricacies of healthcare delivery. Thank you for doing what you do.

Always a breeze filling meds and the staff is always so personable and informative. My mother uses the CVS on Peachtree Industrial Blvd...this place is by far much better and has it together...let alone having service oriented people working for them. So glad that this is my pharmacy they treat me like a person rather than a hassle.

I’ve been nothing but respectful to your employees and staff for 5-6 years. Today I came in to pick up insulin. I’m been a type one diabetic for over 30 years.Today I came in to pick up my refills and encountered the same young man with a poor attitude asking me a question that he had asked me before. The question as previously was, “ are you aware of how much these prescriptions cost?” The first time he did it, I just ignored it.Today, the “smart alec” asked again. I tried to figure out why he would ask a question like that and why it was any of his business to even ask.The only thing I could figure out was he was to lazy to bag it up if he did not think I could pay for it. You need to do your job and put the medication in the bag and check me out if I can’t afford it you can do your other job and put it back.Young man with the attitude—- healthcare is expensive for some people. I am self employed and pay an enormous premium monthly and I have good insurance. The cost of what you rang up was after insurance. You see son.... you are clearly an arrogant young fellow that has it all figured out. I’m not surprised that the cost to you was so shocking. Someone has to pay for all those that get all their meds free. Medicaid ring a bell?Insulin keeps me alive. Without it I’m dead within 48 hours. Wake up! Life is not what it seems. Do your job. Lose the attitude and at least say thanks or goodbye when you check someone out. Ever notice how nice they are a chic fil a? Awesome company. You could learn a lot from them...grow up. If your parents did not teach you basic manners you’ll need to learn them yourself. It’s not hard just decency which may be hard for someone of your generation. You will live a much better life if you learn to be respectful to others. They in turn will respect you.FYI- I’ve had a good experience with the pharmacists here. This is probably a training opportunity. Either way I’m not coming back there. I’ll have my scripts transferred.

If I had written two months ago, I would have rated them one star, not two. There has been some improvement in the last week. This store used to have one or two cashier lines open at one time, at the most. The self check-out lines were mostly closed as the computers were not turned on, or they were broken. It was not unusual for one or two self check-out lines to be open, with a line stretching down the aisle with seven people waiting to check out. The lines with employees using the cash register would also have a long line of people waiting. In the last two months or so, Walmart has installed new self check out computers which actually work. Also, every time I have gone into this store, which is at least four times per week, all of the self check-out computers have been turned on. Most work. My sincere hope is this does not lead to layoffs. This store has many wonderful employees who have helped me numerous times. I respect them and appreciate their knowledge. A Walmart self checkout computer can't answer my questions. A Walmart human being can and does answer my questions. I'll come back and update this post if something changes. I'm in this store often and regularly.

Once again, I was just there a few minutes ago and only four out of nine lines were open. Two of the open lines had human beings ringing up customer's purchases. The other two lines were self - serve. All of the other self - serve lines were closed. Since the customer is doing all of the work, why have a self - serve line closed when you have literally twenty people waiting in line, down the aisles, to check out? It is a shame Walmart doesn't care about their customer's time. Not all of us are laying around, not working. Some of us need to be able to go in, quickly buy something, then leave to go back to work. I saw some people just leave their baskets with items they wanted to purchase and leave the store. They will be able to find another grocery store nearby which has lines open I'm sure. If you have all day to make a purchase of four items, come to this store. If you have responsibilities and deadlines to meet, don't.

The computers at the self checkout lanes are incredibly slow. You have to stand there while the computer catches up and often have to rescan items because they don't show up on the computer. They say they accept Discover, but they(Walmart) decline any transactions when you try to use a Discover card. The phone number on the receipt (770-280-0193) is no longer in service so there is no way to reach anyone to resolve anything. Very little employees in the store and none seem to know what they are doing.

It's huge but the scan and go is never crowded and you can usually just grab what you need and get out of there
