Since I was in the area, I came to this location for some quick supply restock. As with most locations, one of the entrances lead directly into the produce section and more food aisles behind. I circled back here as I needed to check out the house hold sections which had everything I needed. Shelves were well stocked and organized. The produce also looked to be pretty fresh and staff were friendly enough. Overall, I had a decent experience and wouldn't mind coming here again. However, the day I came they were severely understaffed and directing everyone paying with card to the self-service checkout kiosks instead of the single register that was open.

The manager literally walked off while we had a bio hazard on our shoes with no regard. Please as a safety hazard don't shop here

Too bad 1 is the lowest I can go. Customer Service manager was rude and discourteous as hell. I waited in line 34 minute to do a simple exchange. There was inly one girl working for 33 of those minutes and the line was getting longer. Finally as it was almost my turn the CSM comes up and calls me forward. I greet her cheerfully, and she ignores me and just scowls a little and asks, "Do you have a receipt!" As though she had been the one working the line solo the while time. I hand her the receipt and the item I want to exchange. I then place 5 small items on the counter that I wanted to purchase.She told me I could only return the item and would have to purchase the new items separately- No problem. She returns the first it. Hands me the receipt and calls for the next customer. I reminded her of the 5 items I wanted to purchase and she told me I would have to go get get in the check out line because she was busy and couldn't do the sale. Clearly it would have been no use asking for a manager so I just left the items there and went to Target where at least they act like your patronage matters. Cause I was definitely not going to get back in another line.This Walmart acts like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to shop there with your hard-earned money.

The most unprofessional & appalling customer service department I've ever interacted with. I had to instruct the employee doing my return to lower her voice when speaking with me as she was getting amped up due to her inability to understand my simple question "if I paid for an item that was substituted & I can't consume, why do I have to call the 800 customer service #"...her response, I don't know why. Not to mention her counterpart was yelling across to the Self Check out to get someone's attention - 4x at that. The other employees lingering in the dilapidated & hoarder-looking area were loud & cursing up a storm. I am taken aback by the horrible customer service & behavior of the employees, especially in this area. This is the 1st time trying the Online Ordering/Pick Up service - one & done. Jon in that department gets the sole star as the young man was polite & helpful. This is my 2nd time shopping here & I'll never return to this store. I'll stick with Target & pay a little more for the positive experience.

This is the second time I've come to customer service at this location. They are supposed to open at 8:00 a.m. It is now 8:21 a.m. and no one is here. When I asked when was it opening and is there a manager, an associate told me "I don't know." Another associate told me to wait and they will be here, maybe they are running late. This is horrible customer service. I wish I could give zero stars!!!!! After waiting 35 minutes and having a manager paged no one showed up.

Went in for an Apple iPhone charger and after an HOUR, I left with no charger and just my time wasted. Not only was no one working the counter in electronics, but when I finally got someone from customer service, they directed me to another employee. That employee wouldn't sell the charger to me even if I could see it in the case. She just kept saying they "didn't have it" but I could see she was just lazy to unlock the case and give it to me. I let pointing at the product in the locked case but she refused to get up and sell it to me. She wouldn't offer an explanation, just kept denying me that they had the product, that I'm looking directly at, in stock. Not a display box either, I could see the product.

All Walmarts are bad but this one takes the cake. Super ghetto, no one ever helps in the money center and they'll watch you stand there waiting! They close the money center at their own leisure. It's the worst customer service ever!

I've now been waiting 28 minutes for my pickup order (got the message it was "ready"). Eleven other cars also waiting. I've seen 2 staffers come out in this time period. If my order's not ready, don't tell me it is!!! Ended up waiting 32 minutes. No more WalMart orders!

This is the worst walmart ever especially to be in dunwoody! i would not recommend shopping here nor doing pickup. your pickup order will be late 3-5 hours everytime you order and nobody will give you explanations why. nobody answers the phone in customer service so all around a terrible ran establishment.

From the bottom of my heart Walmart! Especially the one in Dunwoody when it comes to pick up orders. Those are some SORRY people. Don't waste your time and energy. Just shop at Target.

Looks a little sketchy at nights. Could use more lights in the parking lot. The one night I went for pick up there were a group of young men hanging in the parking lot talking loud. I will try several more times.

Love Walmart, I got some butter crossiants, bananas for snacks while staying at a nearby hotel. Everything was fresh and tasty, I'm glad I made the visit

This Walmart is always super busy and always out of stock of stuff. I am never a huge fan of Walmart in the first place but I literally live walking distance from this store so sometimes I have to go to get my emergency groceries. (Trust me.. I'd drive 10 more minutes for a Kroger or Hmart if need be). It's HUGE but it's always busy and because of COVID, all transaction lanes have become self-checkout which adds to the horrendous lines. I understand it's COVID and we are experiencing national shortages on pretty much everything, but every time I need something and go to Walmart, it's not there. I even check on the app and it says it's IN-STOCK but when I go to the store, it's not there. I'm so happy the Publix across the street finally opened. Though it may be pricier, I will be going to Publix from now on and they accept coupons from Kroger too so that's a plus! Two star rating plus one star because I am not gonna lie -- the place is huge and it's convenient at times.

Horrible. I placed an In-Store pickup order, so I arrived and walked inside to the pickup sign. When no one was there to help, I asked an employee to call someone. He said he would, yet I stood there and waited until eventually deciding to ask someone else for help. He said he'd call someone else. After more waiting, an employee walked up and said simply "They're not coming." Which she assumed required no explanation. I asked a few follow up questions and she said rudely she couldn't help before turning away. I went to customer service (completely unattended by the way) where I asked the same questions and they told me the still couldn't help answer any of the questions regarding my order, and that I'd need to go OUTSIDE to pickup my "In-store" pickup order. All in all, terribly rude employees and less than helpful email messaging. I canceled my order and will avoid this Walmart in the future.
