The bakery department sucks! I made an order for my birthday cake, I was charged and then when I wake up the next day my order was cancelled and I was refunded. The order was cancelled due to “technical reasons” how is it that you can make this kind of decision and not call the customer to explain or to go over the options I had. Then I call on the next business day, the day my cake was supposed to be ready and no one answers the phone

Watch out on this drink their prices went down from 2.19$ to 1.88$ i wonder whyy !!! Check them drinks out my 6 year old just opened up the bottle and came with surprise!!!

I was in a self check out today just 15 minutes ago (02/18/2023 writing this at 4:45pm) and just realized that one of the item I purchased has no barcode on it so I can’t scan and pay it.Called a guy to help me assist and he told me‘ WHY DON’T YOU BRING IT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE’Dude are you trying to be funny? Sarcastic in front of my 7 year old child. What are your motives? If you don’t like your job or you don’t want to assist and take it seriously just leave. I asked nicely and your response is that?!Some people work without the sense of urgency when people are on the line waiting for their turn.I just said SORRY? then he replied ‘I can look it up for you’Do you expect me to go back and find another item with a barcode when you can check it for yourself?!

Nothing but self checkout. The employees cut up and play while the customers work as cashiers.

Customer service and the structure at this store is horrible. You have to find help. The first night no one assisted me. Later I found out that no one has access to electronics after a specific period (I understand that part). Today I had to find people to help. There was one lady in the same department that was great but she can’t do it all by herself. Get her some help, create better systems, give employees the tools they need to be a better help.
