I have never experienced anything but excellent service at Wells Fargo, near Dunwoody Village. The staff was pleasant and efficient. It was nice to use the drive through and chat briefly with the tellers there. I can wholeheartedly endorse this branch as a very good example of a well run bank.

Unprofessional & Condescending Regional Branch Manager - Shannon Page - Sandy Springs BranchIf you’re looking for a helpful bank for your family to do business with this is not the one as long as Sharon Page is the manager. I needed some simple transactions to take place and Miss Page was looking for ways to up charge me and/ or not perform the transactions.She needs to take a course on professionalism and how to support customers. There’s several banks within a half a block of this location. If you want management abuse, this is a good location to go to. If you don’t, you might want to try another Wells Fargo location or another bank.My entire family has used Wells Fargo. I will do my best to discourage them from going to this location and ideally closing their accounts. We don’t need to be abused by a manager who has no sincere people skills. By the way… Their general services aren’t that great either, so you might want to shop around.

Tried to cash two old savings bonds was told that they were “too thick” for their machine to read and I’d have to mail them in for redemption. Went to another branch and they had no problem assisting me. What a waste of time and so much for appreciating a customer of over 25 years!

Outstanding customer service. I had another nearby Wells Fargo refuse to fill out a cashier's check for me for reasons unknown, unexplained, and ostensibly just to make my life difficult. These folks at Mount Vernon are courteous, quick, and professional. A+ service!

Very poor service. Been banking with this office for 16 years., I tried to deposit my monthly rental checks for my business and the lady at the drive thru refuses to deposit the check she calls the branch mgr and she tells the teller to not take the checks. I go into the branch and the inside teller takes the checks for deposit. I deposit every month for 16 years and inside staff know me. Very frustrating experience. In addition, WellsFargo continues to go up on fees. My 401K was transferred to another company and my mutual funds I have transferred to Fidelity because of the continued rise in fee's. I would recommend going to a smaller bank where you develop a relationship of trust and value. WellsFargo is like Bank of America just a number no flexibility. I would hate to be a in a bind with this bank.

Have consistently had issues with this branch. They are slow, rude, not professional and poorly managed. Take the additional time to go to a different branch. Went to the Perimeter branch and was in and out in <5 mins, successfully!

Needed to wire money for closing on a home. Could not get through to the bank when calling, the call kept rolling over. Drove to the bank and was told there was no way they could help me today. Luckily the branch down the road is much more accommodating and helpful.

This is my preferred WF branch around the entire Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area. Not sure what happened with the negative comments but I've always had great service here...and I'm pretty hard to please.
