I Had to stop in today to get my final bill after switching to another carrier. (Sorry, service wasn’t good in our mountain community) The customer service agent was so nice and quickly knew how get that info for me! The store is so big and had plenty of help. I would recommend this store to anyone interested in Verizon.

Guy who helped us was super nice and knowledgeable. Even though we went to get wife a new phone, he pretty much talked us out of it. Showed her a couple of display changes to fix her issues, so put the upgrade we expected on hold. Really excellent customer service vs sales!!!
