“I went into this store looking for a high-quality vacuum that would last for several years and would be repairable if needed. Jeff (the owner) asked me some questions to assess the type of vacuum I would need, mainly about the floors in my household and the type and number of pets that I have. He showed me the Sebo K3 Premium canister vacuum, which I have now had for about 2 months. I am extremely happy with this product, and by purchasing it through an authorized dealer like this one, it comes with a generous extended warranty. In the shop, Jeff was very friendly and professional, and he showed me the ins and outs of the vacuum. He did not try to upsell me a product that I did not need. Thank you, Jeff, for an excellent in-store experience and a great product recommendation! I will definitely refer people to your business.”

“Great showroom and lots to see and feel. It really is a premium experience going there. The only let down is the installation team and coordination of scheduling. The installers sound nice over the phone, but once at your house, it changes for some reason and bad attitudes come forth. They’ll also ask you if you have tools for them to use. I have never experienced such a request in my life. They ought to be prepared and bring their own tools to the job.”
“You can luck up and find decent items (open box/dented) sometimes. They do offer financing options, which can be a big help! My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer here and got a decent deal for it...barely any visible damages (none obvious to the eye) and we've had it for almsot 2 years now with no issues. We went back today to look at refrigerators, and I wasn't too pleased with the large, extremely obvious dents that were visible on the ones we liked.. They did offer to knock off a few hundred, but it was still a still a bit overpriced for my liking, looking at how bad it was knocked up.”

“Kwania was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable with showing us different examples of sofas to meet our needs and the room dimensions. In the end, she recommended something that we were unsure about because they did not have it in store for us to sit on. We went to Ashley furniture and sat on something nearly exactly the same and loved it. The price was BY FAR better at Kwania’s place.
She was flexible on the delivery date and everything (accommodating with late day delivery). The delivery crew did well with unpackaging and setting up the new sofa!! It is great. Thanks so much for being so patient, Kwania!!”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“We needed a couch. They had 3-4 to pick from that were Wayfair resells. We bought one and now it's in our living room. All done in 3 days. Reasonable price. The delivery company they used was fast and carried the heavy stuff for us.They don't have a lot of couch variety per say. It's an appliance store. The other stuff like couches and ottomans just happened to be there. But, if you do find something you like, the buying process was uneventful for us.”

However, don't purchase an extended warranty - it's not worth it.One incident, I was back and forth with Best Buy and the TV company. I lost, and it wasn't honored. Maybe it's my fault for not reading the fine print.”
“Truckers:Stop at the gate and go to intercom on the right. They will want you to verify the address. Shipping/Receiving is about half way down on the right, not far. Go into the office. Sign in first, then go to the phone on the wall. There's a number list for the department you need. Call it and wait a few seconds. Someone will come to the office. There is a restroom to the left of the phone.Good experience for me. Arrived 5:15pm for 6pm apt. They put me in a door immediately. Had me loaded by 6:15pm.Great job. Very much appreciated.”

“For the second tim I've had to run to these guys for a client of mine. I'm not an HVAC guy and to call one on a Saturday or Sunday only to find out what you already know is the problem is madness. Ut take the part to them and chances are they will have a suitable replacement, the tools you need to install it on hand (which means no trips back to the shop), and the know how to let you know if there is any chance you're going into the HVAC part of just replacing a component. And your choices.... Yes these guys are Killa and best priced I've found so far.”
