My guy, Damien, was great. The manager/greeter seemed less than happy to be there. I waited at least 15 mins beforehand acknowledged me. When he did, no apology was offered. I watched him as he immediately greeted other consumers, but was dry. Damien made up for the rough start by being professional, polite, and empathetic.

Awesome location! Darren was extremely helpful as soon as I walked in the door. I did not have to wait. I was upgraded and out the door in under an hour. The manager was nice and checked on all the customers. I will always use this corporate store.

The reps in the campcreek store are not customer friendly. Rather take my business else where they make sure the customer is satisfied or at least try....... Had to call ATT Customer service myself to get results. Try a more caring store. It is not always about the money customer service is important, that's where your money comes from. That's why we always have to go to another neighborhood to get better service.
