Darren at the AT&T store in East Point is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me resolve some Internet issues with my phone. Despite the Apple Store assuring me that there was nothing wrong with my phone, the problems persisted. Darren came to the rescue and suggested transferring my services to another phone on my account that I stopped using due to damage where you insert your charger. However, the other phone was completely dead. Without hesitation, Darren found a way to charge the dead phone and meanwhile, he managed to fix the Internet issues on my current phone. His fast, friendly, and determined approach to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. He even sold me a portable charger so that the dead phone could be used again. The entire staff, including the security lady, was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this AT&T location for all my future needs. Their top-tier customer service is unmatched!

Store Manger Nard New allows his employees to change accounts without customer consent! Very rude if you can; try to do what u can over the phone I don’t trust this location it’s been 3 days with my account locked because of their error and no apology

Nario was the most professional person that I’ve encountered since the opening of this store. He was knowledgeable of his product, got me in and out, and very informative. I also appreciate him walking me through a few things to save storage on my phone. He’s definitely the AT&T DIFFERENCE, with Top TIER customer service!

Vicki meets you at the door with a smile and quickly provides you with a Associate to help you. Corey and Shan has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about all plans and products. The overall experience was EXCELLENT!

Wanted to take the time to give kudos to one of the AT&T retail associates, Karriem. I went into the store earlier today initially looking to upgrade my iPhone. After consulting with Karriem, he enabled me to make an informed decision regarding my current device. I truly appreciated Karriem's insight and professional demeanor.

As soon as I walk in the door, I was greeted and told that I would be assisted shortly Jenny assisted me with my phone upgrade and Nard was very helpful in completing the transfer of my phone to the new one. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It took a little long for me, but everyone constantly checked on me to make sure that I was assisted and made sure I didn't need anything while I waited I really appreciate the friendliness And helpfulness I was given Thank you

It was not us that went into the East Pointe, GA store and charged over $750.00 worth of accessories to our account. When I called them after receiving the email notification of the purchases, I was told there was nothing they could do and referred me to the Global Fraud Department… which can take up to 30 days to make a decision. Meanwhile, will I be responsible for paying for someone else stealing and making me responsible? This store should apparently be avoided.

The fast talking guy with dreads finessed me. He sold me the new line so he could get the credit for the sell of the new line, but instructed me call customer service to get the phone working properly. Soon as I left the store the phone stop working which is what he said. I found out he has the same ability to provide the same service that customer service provided,. 45 minutes in the store. 1 hour on the phone.
