“Payless stands by their work! 20 year old Subaru overheated. Diagnosed a bad thermostat and repaired quickly. Next day it heated up again and I was told to bring in and they would make it right. Found a bad radiator cap and replaced it, all under original estimate. This was my third different car repair by Payless. Joey and crew are the good guys. “My vehicle was shaking and the alignment was off so I took it to my friend at All pro muffler. He was honest as always and said he didn't have the machine but he knows a guy named Hoot who does a great job with alignments so I went to Hoot explained my problem and He looked at my vehicle tires and said your car tires is the problem the left front tire was messed up bad with knots in it or lumps. He suggested I get new front tires before an alignment and that may fix the problem. I went to Lee tire they replaced my cars tires this morning and now no more shaking and wheel going off right. My car drives great again and although Hoot didn't fixed on my vehicle I was grateful that he looked at my vehicle leaving me with helpful advice about my cars which in fact fixed the problem. THANK YOU HOOT”
