I opened a business account with this branch 4 months ago.I had deposit a cashier's check from another bank from a recent account I add.Although they credited me of 5k.But when tired to cash the check it was red flagged for sixty days.On top of that the time I was diagnosed with Leukemia so I been taking Chemotherapy .So through Christmas I had to make this work with my bills and Doctors appointment.. now that the 60 days is over with I still have not received any funds this is a stress me out majorly to where I can't even pay my rent I have not even received any type of notification or anything . And all the branch can tell me is the back office is the one that's holding the funds and they will have to send it to the other branch that which is United community Bank where I had my other account can someone please help me with this situation

Aaron the branch manager, located at East Point is absolutely the best, most wonderful and truly professional at what he does and still do for customers like myself. I had a tremendous time speaking with him as well as listening to his advice about how the bank works. Out of three different managers, including an area supervisor, he is hands-up the best, which I give 5 stars for his superb customer service people skills that you can't teach these days. Customers of any bank, do you need a great bank experience with a top-notch manager, then visit Aaron in East Point at Bankozk, you'll be glad you did.

Terrific branch. Security officer greets everyone at the front door and I can't think of a visit that he hasn't opened the door for me, the bank staff is always smiling and more than happy to help with whatever request(s) you may have. For most of my visits, I was bringing in lots of rolled coins that had to be counted and then requesting several boxes of coins in exchange. There are many other Bank OZK branches that will not honor my request for change, saying, "there is a coin shortage", "we have to reserve all of our coins for businesses only", "we can't just give you that amount of coins", just to name a few of their excuses. The awesome staff at this branch, however, have never given me any issues, nor have they questioned why I need the coins. I couldn't be any more satisfied with every experience I have at this particular Bank OZK. Special thanks to Aaron Blakes, AVP Banking Center Manager, for being so kind and professional. I apologize for not knowing any of the other staff members by name, or I would personally thank them also.

My aunt and I had the pleasure of doing business with this wonderful group of people. We were in the bank 3times in 3 days. They were very attentive in meeting our needs each day. They were able to help us with completing our task and finishing the transaction.Very beautiful facility also.Great Job East Point OZK.

This bank here...has the most unprofessional employees I've ever met in my LIFE and that's truly saying something considering I've grown up down south! If I could give negative stars I would!! I recently got charged $60 accidentally and I was calling to get the overdraft charge waived. When telling Aaron what happened, she gone tell me I have to go all the way back to the store that charged my card, get a note, and email it back to her. Instantly I was confused because I NEVER in all my years banking with OZK heard of no mess like that! Only reason why I called with pathetic branch is because customer service told me I have to even though I stopped going to this bank a long time ago due to another big mistake they made (long story short they had me thinking they closed my account and told me I couldn't bank with them anymore due to me getting scammed, found out later my account was still open)! I usually will take the drive to the Douglasville branch because they're more professional! Once I called them, they swiftly handled my problem! Please do yourself the favor and take your business to a more professional branch cause this one has employees that don't know the meaning of professionalism!

I went to this bank because my job wrote me a check with them. The manager Tisha, and Teller Brianna and Dericka another teller was very friendly and welcoming. I decided also to open me up an account as well...i've never heard of this bank until today, and I'm so glad I stopped in here. I recommend ??

Before recently relocating to the Metro Atlanta area from Macon, GA, I had formerly been exclusively banking with Credit Unions for the past 25 years. However, I decided to open an account with the Bank OZK Branch, located in East Point, GA. I have never been more satisfied and pleased with my decision. This is a full-fledged national bank, which has the feel and characteristics of a small town credit union. The Bank Manager and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this bank to everyone. A special shout-out to Teller/CSR II, Cashmir Williams, for going the extra mile to make me feel right at home during my transition. Great job everyone!
