Actually, less than 1 star….I just called to inquire about their services & the guy hung up on me. When I called back & asked if he just hung up on me, he said “yeah.” I asked it was Boost Mobile that I had reached & he said “yeah!” So, that’s how y’all operate over there off Washington Rd? I wouldn’t recommend this location because apparently, they don’t want or need any customers, engaging with people like that guy did

Customer service at that store is horrible I bought a phone from that store last week and boost Mobile is trying to charge me another phone bill after I already paid for it the 611 number no one's answering the phone and the customer service guy he's not helping either y'all customer service need to better
