I love the CVS on Main Street! The customer service is always so excellent ! Today I had two cases of water and the cashier did not hesitate to bring the water to my car! I don’t have to ask him! I certainly appreciated that!
P.S. I saw the "cashier" again the following week and I told him I posted on Google about him. Well come to find out he was not the cashier but the manager! (Brandon)? I was more impressed.

I haven't been in this store in quite a while because it's not on my route anymore. There were too many boxes of stock along the aisles. And I found a metal shelf that had been removed from a wall or unit propped up against a cardboard box of discounted items in the aisle across from the wall of cosmetics near the front of the store. It could have easily fallen on a child or an adult's leg or foot. I couldn't find the exact variety of the product that I was there to purchase. Being in need of the time I had to settle for the next best option. And I would suggest that their team members when checking out customers ask the customer if they would like the receipt in their bag or hand. The team member checking me out stuffed my receipt in the bag and I asked for her to give it to me in my hand. Customer should always have the immediate ability to review their receipt before leaving the checkout area.

Team Member was courteous at checkout???? Security was visible and alert, I was greeted when I entered the store. Store was nice and clean!!!!!

This is by far the rudest group of pharmacists I have ever encountered. They don't greet customers and act like we are bothering them. Corporate needs to do an Undercover Boss type thing on them. They are HORRIBLE

As a local physician this is the absolute worst pharmacy I have every experienced hands down. The pharmacists is very rude to patients and providers. I have been working in East Point for less than 1 year and I DO NOT RECOMMEND any patient go to this pharmacy. They are actively harming patients, giving wrong prescriptions and the staff are down right terrible. Please if you live in East Point go to: Chapmans, Walgreens, Walmart anywhere but CVS on Main St in East Point. Lastly has anyone ever considered that the reason they never have controlled substance meds available is because they are distributing them out on the streets. JUST A THOUGHT

Extremely disappointed with the recurring issues at this CVS location. Staff repeatedly mismanage prescription transfers and provide conflicting information, directly impacting my ability to obtain necessary medications. I will switch pharmacies as soon as my insurance allows, and will continue to report any violations.

Worse cvs I ever been too. Waited for at least 15 min with only one cashier who is helping everyone except me. I could have cashed myself out except EVERY ITEM I NEEDED WAS LOCKED BEHIND A GLASS!! Waste of time and energy just go to Walmart!

Not a pleasant place. Delivery of meds is a frustrating joke. Customer service at the counter is cold, uncaring and not helpful. CVS just sells a bunch of junk and is probably only open because we are in a food desert. When it opend the new location it was better. The old location also seemed better. Will never go here again. Do yourself a favor and go to Medicine Pointe Pharmacy instead. You can literally see CVS from there and it's right across from the train.

Normally, I wouldn't give this rating, but this last visit (5/17/24) was very personal. How do you decline a refill on file and said the dr. stopped that prescription? This doesn't make any sense and the dr. never notified me about discontinued prescription. SMH

THE WORST PHARMACY STAFF IVE ENCOUNTERED. I go in at 7 pm to fill one script, they say oh this won't be ready until 330pm the next day. The tech was rude and the pharmacist says nothing. The techs run this location and act very uncivilized. I don't know why in majority black neighborhood you get terrible customer service. When I asked for pharmacy manager and district leader info, the tech said it was the same person. I know she was lying.

This place seriously sucks. I’ve been waiting 5 days for the needles I need to inject my prescription medication since they’re “on back order” and when I finally bit the bullet and just told them to give me whatever needles they had they only gave me drawing needles without giving me any injection needles to actually inject the medicine with. This is also the only pharmacy I’ve ever called that has hung up on me during a call. You’re better off driving or getting on a train further north to find a different CVS.
