They are knowledgeable about airline policies, super flexible, and willing to help with last-minute issues. The service includes a big grassy fenced area for dogs to play. During transit, the staff goes above and beyond in caring for pets, taking time to gain their trust, walking them, and providing text updates with pictures. They also wash beds and wipe down crates, returning dogs happy and clean. The owners are described as wonderful and awesome, with a genuine love for animals that eases clients' minds during the scary process of travel. The kennel is highly recommended and military friendly.

Our dog Winnie was in the care of Dandie Scottie Kennel. We had her sent over all the way from South Africa. They took great care of her and were very accommodating. Service from these people once the ball is rolling is fantastic. Thank you to Richard and Seth.

Ricky and Seth were absolutely great. We brought our dogs Mel and Luna from Brazil and they were ready to go home in just 4 hours.
Dandie Scottie Kennel was super efficient and attentive. Honestly I could not recommend this facility enough. They made a hard experience that much easier.
