Beware of prices!!! Store was filled with boxes in the isle prices on the shelf don’t match scan at register …pay attention please I won’t be shopping here again these days every cent and dollar counts!!! I felt scammed

the guy with the accent, I believe he is a manager, is rude and disrespectful when I was at his checkout. I asked him a question and he pointed his hand in the direction and said, I don't anything about any cigarettes. long story short, I ended up leaving my order (at least $70) because I will not patronize any company that serves me with disrespect. as I was walking out of the door, the young man left his register to walk to me to say, "don't come back in here anymore!" In all my 60 years on earth, I have never been treated in such a manner. my money is good wherever I go.

The worst family dollar in the area! It’s horrible to have to shop here because it’s your local neighborhood store! I will not be shopping here ever again. First off they have items in the incorrect spot as far as pricing. For example that have items sitting in the $5 spot but it would ring up for a different amount and they would not honor the price. In my case the Christmas boxes had multiple boxes inside ( it wasn’t the only one over there) listed for $5. When I get to the registrar the lady opens the box and say that I would have to pay for each box separately. And I said all of the boxes are like that over there. She looked at me as if I was trying to steal when I literally had to show the other employee that all of the boxes are like that and then she advised that they forgot to take them out and stock them separately. Not only did they have a long line, but literally three employees sitting behind the counter doing nothing, with one register open when there is three. And that’s not all my troubles. The cashier literally overcharged me for items that I didn’t even have! I Called the store and no answer! I will not be returning and I would not recommend you going here! I am a local resident and will go to cvs/ Walmart or Kroger! It’s always like this in the Black area it’s sickening- poor customer service- poor management!

Where do I start ? ? I stopped by today while waiting to meet with my daughter in the area to get something to drink I noticed at the register that they had the gain plug in that I usely purchase so I ask the lady at the register about the coupon thats available on Saturday she said yes, its available you have to spend 30 or 35 dollar to use it and enter my phone number. I enter my phone number the number wasnt valid, I told her to check my other numbers and we found the 1 that was attached to my account I pulled my account up just to make sure because the 30 to 35 dollars didn't sound right. I told her I thought it was 25, not 30 or 35. My order was 26 plus change it didn't take she rudely push me to the side and started taking other customers as she attempted to search for a manager he came up to the register like he didn't want to be at work didn't speak to me just came up with a lot of assumptions but no solution. He even had the nerves to get smart with me when I made that known to him. He stood there as he let the employee just disrespect me. He didn't take over as a manager he only said something when I told her to do her job and don't say anything to me. I will be escalating my case further than this Google review because this just doesn't set right with me as a paying customer. If I could, I wouldn't have given this location 0 ? stars horrible experience.

Horrible, shelves empty, no employees no merchandise looks like it needs to close ASAP hasn't been successful from day 1 of opening. Close it down + get a different type of store there are 5 family dollars within a 5 mile radius. Do better east point oupdate as 01/24/2023 went in today looking for cleaning supplies hand soap etc boxes everywhere almost tripping falling + people bumping into boxes + each other new mgr of this store has been trying but not enough staff to keep store stocked or cashiers to ring up merchandise prices on shelves nonexistent or wrong so it was a wasted trip + store gotta be losing money due to lack of merchandise stuck in boxes+ not on shelves Too much foot traffic to be losing money Store needs to be replaced with a grocery store or restaurant IMO

10-31-2021. This Family Dollar had one of worst customer service I have ever seen. I had better customer service at a convience store while stationed overseas in the Middle Eadt. There was a cashier thst waljed off her area when I had items rwady to be ringed up. I ask if was still open because she just finished with a customer and she said the other cashier will ring me up like I was bothering her. I should habe just waled out and went to another store.

The cashier rang up a few items and the price for the bags of Lays Ruffle chips I purchased was incorrect. The manager (Michael R.) walked to the chip aisle and completed a price check. He stated the price indicates 2 for $6.50 for the Lays chips and you must buy 2 bags. I bought 2 and the prices rang up for $4.85 each. Then, he refused to honor the advertised pricing and he got loud with me about how he shouldn't have to change the prices for a vendor item. Stated if I didn't want to pay the extra, I needed to leave his store. He instructed the cashier to cancel my transaction and take the next customer before making a call that lasted 10 minutes. Then went outside and continued to play on his phone. It was humiliating to be yelled at by a man twice my size in front of a store full of people.
