I shipped off my Meta glasses from this location and somehow Meta never received my glasses because someone took them out of the box and put something else in there. Seems like someone at this location stole my glasses.

Jasmine is fantastic , BUT GET THIS GIRL SOME HELP OR A RAISE! She’s running around taking care of everyone all on her own on a Tuesday after a holiday weekend. At least 15 customers came in from 8:15-8:45 while I was there. She did great. Help her out with a raise or some equally efficient coworkers.

They have a problem delivering packages. Now it's the only way to get Walmart shipping packages. Street numbers are usually on the mailbox. Johnathan missed it for several days.

Walked in and the two employees said nothing. Went to the self checkout and it didn't work. Went back to the line, no hello or anything. I just walked out. Went to Walgreens to ship. Unprofessional employees.

You all new Assistant Manager Lia was very rude and I asked her how was her and she acted like she was over it and did not respond with no answer just a blank stare. I’m always cheerful when I come in and I am a jokester. Store Mgr Jonathan you might want to get with your new ASM or think of someone else for the job. This is the worst experience ever with you all I have ever had and also matter fact the next 2 customers that came up that were of a different race she treated them differently. I might have to look into having my packages sent to another location if this does not improve.

Just left this location and I will never be back. The alleged Manager LIA was extremely rude and incompetent. I simply came to pick up a package which turned into a back and forth battle. Every customer she had, she passed off to the other gentleman because she was absolutely clueless. She disregarded me and began assisting other customers while I was standing at the counter with my toddler. The other gentleman had to assist me and was very helpful. A formal complaint will be filed with the video captured. Never again.

From start to finish, her service was exceptional—truly top-tier! Not only did she help me, but she also caught an error that I had overlooked, showcasing her keen eye for detail.
Skye’s professionalism and kindness made the entire process not just productive, but also enjoyable. Her patience is remarkable, and I genuinely appreciate the support she provided.

Trash service, I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person it was like dealing with the 3 stooges, communication was terrible , services was terrible the wait is 2 long and the workers act like ,they don’t know what they are doing I literally waited in this place over an hr and ended up leaving going to the oust office
