Jakolby… (forgive me if his name is misspelled) displayed exceptional customer service!!! He was very professional and kind everything a manager or supervisor should be… if he is not one then he should definitely be one in the making…The real wealth is in how u treat people that’s how u keep customers coming back… Way to go! Never judge a book by the cover… u never know who might be paying you a visit..Much Gratitude

Not happy at all. Brought an orchestral music score to be sized, cut and spiral bound. The guy perforated the wrong side. Then hands me the book. I examined it and a section of music was bounded upside down. He has to give me photo copies of the section he cut wrong. After that, he had to recut the other side. As a musician and conductor, I’m a thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with this. My orchestral score is ruined.

Jasmine is awesome! She was so helpful. There was a little wait because she was by herself, so would have been nice to have another person or two, but amazing experience!

Awful experience! Just went in to shop a package to my grandmother. Before I could even make it to the counter a store manager by the name of Jonathon shouted “I don’t have a big enough box for that.” No hello. No hi… nothing. I said ok.. can I just sit it down for a second. It’s really heavy. He said “I don’t have a box for it.” I said ok and left. I went to take the package back to my car then returned to the outside of the store to get the store number so that I could file a complaint. Jonathan comes outside and said “can I give you my gm’s number. It looks like you need someone to talk to.” Mind you this last interaction was completely unprompted as I was outside of the store. I don’t advocate for people to lose their job, but Jonathon could really use some retraining and perhaps demotion until he learns how to better provide customer service.

I have attempted to reach this location via email. It states that someone will get back within an hour. This is day 2. No response. I had a shipment sent out from Xfinity on 11/27 which requires a signature. I am in limbo as I need to be here for a package delivery. The tracking shows no progress since shipped.I am totally upset as the package was a gift passed due! FedEx has done this to me before. USPS or UPS are still the best options. They deliver in the time frames promised. FedEx is not dependable. The tracking has not updated since it was shipped. No Excuses for a claimed express delivery option. The flip side, I have to exchange a package via FedEx due back by December 18th to get a credit. I am very concerned this may be another fiasco?.

Excellent and efficient! They were SO kind and helpful! Very friendly and accommodating. I am so grateful for Depre and his workmate! They really are an excellent team and deserve company praise!

They did a great job printing / binding over a dozen presentations for me on a short turnaround. We had an important meeting mid-day near their location and they were able to get our books printed / bounded on time - even though they were missing a few employees who were supposed to be there. Meeting went well and presentations were in great shape! Highly recommend

My package was never delivered. The driver posted that there was a delivery attempt but no attempt was made. I am assuming that the package was stolen as it shows that it is still in the process of being delivered over two months later. You are unable to get any kind of refund for your items unless you fill out an extensive reporting sheet, and then wait weeks to find out if the claim is accepted. While going through this process I found that FedEx has no real accountability for the drivers or any kind of delivery of your package. It doesn't matter to them if your package gets delivered. Last known location is Atlanta Camp Creek FedEx Facility. Good luck with your packages getting sent through here, don't send anything through FedEx that is irreplacable.

Hit this place during rush hour- waited 10 minutes as the 6th in line. This is a well oiled machine. Two registers, a packing guy in the back and a manger that is anticipating needs in line. Solid service. Felt taken care of. Would recommend if you have a package.

I dont know the name of the woman who helped me tonight but she was really nice and helped me get some tires to my car. She wasn’t the only person working but she cleared the line and helped me afterward as if she was. If she isn’t already the manager she should be.
