Nylie or whatever the shift leader was had a nasty attitude and desperately needs training on customer service. I watched her and her other employee allow several people that were not of color check themselves out but I being a person of color had to allow them to check me out. I have seen this several times and will no longer to give my business to this location. It’s sad because the little girl in charge looked at me when I pointed it out and said you don’t have a choice even though she allowed her friends to check themselves out. This was on 6/25 at 720 pm. And I will be calling corporate, the site manager should take a look into what she is really allowing her friends to do because she had no problem talking and smiling with them while they check themselves out:

Dictatorship and racial profiling here. They have self check out lines, however, they REFUSE to allow you yo check out your own items. They literally stand right next to you and scan your items for you...AGAINST YOUR WILL. Is this America?? Ive never been to a Five Below in predominantly white areas that operate as such. I refuse to patronize this establishment anymore and I do hope shoppers will do the same. If you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything. This is wayyyy too much control AND racial profiling. It sad because its our own treating the citizens of the community this way. Shame!!!

All kinds of stuff, I brought an umbrella and seaweed snacks plus a bag of some "Chinese" chips. A fun store, the staff was great, will come again.

The staff was nice, I got what I paid for, someone helped me out. I had to come back and get a refund for something. The manager helped me and I left. Thanks ladies for being kind.

The employees now scan your items at the self checkout registers. It isn't as timely as scanning your items yourself.

I would give 0 stars if possible.This place is horrible.The employees were horrible and the manager was even worse.I'm not quite sure how they were hired.To be quite honest with you... They are so disrespectful and unprofessional at the same time that it's a disgrace to the store. I was about to drop three hundred dollars there too I guess it's a good thing they We're that rude to make me leave instead
