Came in with my mirror and window messed up. They took care of me and were very responsive to all my questions. Another body shop quoted me $6,000. They fixed it for 1/6 of that price in a speedy manner. Thankyou Marcus (the repair man)Services: Painting

The worst experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional told me I can get my car fixed for $4000 instead of $8000. I was extremely happy when I heard that he was going to be able to do it for that cost. However, my car stopped working after he was done fixing the car, I had to take it to other places to get my car back running, and I am still missing some parts

The worse experience ever! Lack of communication, unprofessional, took my car in for collision repair. They called after 1 1/2 months and stated the repairs was done! They were not! The whole collision part of the car which was the front door was not repaired! Instead smaller dents was. There was still a broken head light as well as the main collision not repaired. I experienced all of my concerns and they agreed to fix it.3 weeks later I get another call it's finished. After disputes of payments occurred I was charged another $1000 because the receptionist had things mixed up. I retrieve my car only to find out the bumper was also not fixed, the hub cap and cap of fender is missing, the car Is making unexplainable noises that was not there. Inside dome light broken which a burn injury occurred because of it , and hopefully it will automatically time out and a big screw in my tire! If you want a professional shop that's not all about money or value your time and money don't go here! The righteous will prevail! This shop is horrible and experience was as well. I just want to thank Jacobs Auto for fixing my car they did an excellent job repairing the damage after my car crash and I feel so much better I can't even tell it was damaged. It took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. Thanks FredMs Zanetta S

These guys, Fred, completely did not do the work they said they were going to do. They omitted to secure struts in my car. Can you believe that?? Then said it wasn't that serious because the weight of my car held the vehicle in place. With that logic JUST omit all the bolts. oh they did. Check your work before you leave!
