“I want to recognize Zoey for her outstanding customer service today.
I placed an online order for three pairs of Air Force 1s because my children start school tomorrow. I ordered around noon, and although the store was extremely busy, Zoey took the time to help me.
At first, she explained that she didn’t think she’d be able to fulfill my order because of how busy they were. I told her how important it was since school starts tomorrow and my babies really needed their shoes. Instead of simply saying no, she asked me to give her a few minutes while she went to check. She came back and made it happen.
When I arrived at the front, I let the cashier know that someone had told me my order would be fulfilled. The cashier informed me that they couldn’t fulfill it. I even asked if I could just grab the three pairs of Air Force 1s myself and use them for my pickup order, but I was told no and that I would have to contact customer service to get a refund.
Just as I was feeling discouraged, Zoey came out with my order. I was so relieved and thanked her so much for helping me. As I was leaving, I overheard the same cashier employee questioning why she fulfilled my order. That made me worry that she might get in trouble for simply helping a customer, so I immediately found a supervisor to let them know that Zoey went above and beyond and that I hoped she would be recognized not disciplined for providing such exceptional service.
It’s becoming harder and harder to find employees who genuinely care, but Zoey reminded me that great customer service still exists. She showed kindness, compassion, and a genuine willingness to help when she easily could have turned me away.
Thank you so much, Zoey. You truly made a stressful day so much easier, and because of you, my babies have their shoes for the first day of school. I appreciate you more than you know. I sincerely hope your kindness, dedication, and willingness to help are recognized because employees like you are rare. For now on my family and friends will go to Zoey for all of our purchases”

“Literally the best and most personable men's shopping experience you could possibly have. It's more like hanging out with your best friend who happens to have really elevated clothing and a fantastic sense of style, who also lives in a sleek and stylish lounge-like closet. “First and foremost, Jeffery was by far the best thing about visiting this location! He was like your favorite and cool uncle in one person. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything when it came to buying a suit. No matter how busy he got, he managed his time appropriately between every customer that came in the store. He was able to get me in a suit when no other store that I went to even cared to help. This man even picked up an obscure line from the Sopranos that I said to my wife at one point. He picked up on it immediately!! Aside from that, this is the second DXL store I’ve been in, and I will keep returning because I’m always able to find what I need and the customer service is always on point. I am 6’3” 450lbs and I can always find something that fits properly and its quality. Jeffery was by far the best thing about this location though and just on point from the first second I met him.”
“Kate was very helpful and knowledgeable about Taylored suits and I needed mine for a wedding on short notice and she made it happen by following up constantly with the Taylor's to make it happen. I chose Commonwealth Proper because they were the only ones, when I googled Taylored suits, that said American made and Taylored. Kate was a very good added bonus because she knows what's she's doing and is very good at it. Thanks once again Kate.”
