Renee (Ballon Lead) was so helpful. I saw how she came over to the cash registers to get the lines down and she helped me consolidate my bags that I was lugging around. I really appreciate small act of kindness. ?

My co-worker placed an order for cups, plates and table cloths. When I arrived, I presented my order form and the clerk was able to immediately locate the package. It was ready as promised.
