I was in the store l last week getting food for my dog. There was a young lady helping me who was nice enough to stop her work and help. While she was helping me, her boss who I assume is the store manager comes over with an attitude and starts talking about her performance and work speed threatening to write her up in front of me. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional to see. The girl was already working hard before she stopped to help me. That store manager needs to be fired for that kind of display in front of customers.

Clean, well stocked and organized. The website seems to reflect the in store inventory and the employees are polite. Happy dog, happy human!

IF I COULD GIVE PETSMART CAMPCREEK NO STARS I WOULD DO SO….. DONT Get me wrong the groomer where nice but actually doing the work THEY DID SOMETHING TO MY DOG EAR WHERE HE HAD DRY BLOOD IN HIS EAR. His EAR HAS BEEN BOTHERING HIM SINCE MONDAY AFTER I TOOK HIM. I CALLED AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE SITUATION ONE OF THE STORE MANAGERS SHE WAS VERY NICE AND ALLOWED ME TO BRING HIM TO THE PET HOSPITAL. O THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER WAS VERY NASTY WITH A LIL SASSY ATTITUDE HOW U GOING TO HAVE A ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME WHEN MY DOG IS IN PAN AND I WANT A SOLUTION. YOU NOT THE ONE WHO GOTTA DEAL WITH MY DOG “I DO”… anyway THE HOSPITAL TOLD ME THAT HE MAY HAVE HAD A EAR INFECTION HOW IS IT POSSIBLE IF LITERALLY 2 days prior to his appointment he went to the vet and was good. BLACK AND WHITE DONT LIE..!! But I WILL BE TAKEN THIS FURTHER! DO NOT BRING UR DOGS HERE FOR GROOMING

On 3/7/24 I took my Yorkie for grooming. (Hair cut and bath) They cut his hair too low and he has a rash on his neck. I'm not sure if he was cut or what, but he was infected. Melanie was his groomer, and we will never go back for grooming services.

The 5 stars are for TJ! He was such an amazing person to work with. I came in with my two daughters and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also let my daughters pet the hamster as well as the bearded dragon. We spent a good amount of time with him explaining the best fish and how to take care of them as all as the other pets in the store. If you visit this store ask for TJ and I’m sure you’ll have the same wonderful experience that me and my daughters had. We ended up buying 2 goldfish that was hope to have for awhile. Thanks so much TJ.

FYI if you have cats…I REPEAT IF YOU HAVE CATS more than 1 and you bring them both to their appointments that are scheduled a hr apart! You will and I repeat you will be sitting 2-3hours they DO NOT have space for cats to sit and wait to be treated noooooo not like they have for dogs! Problem I have with this is that it’s not displayed nowhere when booking appointment nor when checking in I wasted a whole morning sitting on that hard?bench!
