The best service ever from K. She works the store by herself and she continues to have the best energy and smile, which is always needed bc moving is very stressful. I wouldn’t be surprised if people come to the store just because of her. She’s very fast and informative all at the same time and she treats each guest like they’re seen and heard thank you so much for your time and energy. You made my move less stressful thank you K .

Jenn and Kelley Property Managers took the time out of their schedules to accommodate me on various of questions that I had about the various of dimensions of spaces that Public Storage offers. They showed me the variations in spaces there at the facility. As they both shared they were highly detailed and full of knowledge. 7-8-25

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service that Jennifer and Demetrius rendered this week when I was at Public Storage. They were very knowledgeable and highly experienced with all of the inquires that I had about services.
I was extremely pleased with the professional manner in which he answered my questions about services. The individual passion for their job was definitely evident. The assurance of my confidence in his willingness to ensure that his customer service was concise. I must say Public Storage certainly has employees that represents the brand very well.

Had several storages in Georgia and this has been our favorite. Location is perfect and felt very safe. The staff was nice as well thank you again to Manager Tammy for all of the help.
