I lost my card the night before. I needed funds for a concert that night so I used apple pay but monitored my account using regions lock it. I came in here last minute that morning, on a Saturday (they close at 12pm) before traveling to St. Louis. They immediately printed a new card (printing took 5 minutes) and I was on my way. No wait, though the drive up line looked steep. Overall smooth transition.

Regions is the worst bank to bank with RUN! I was trying to open up a business account but due to the pandemic I was unable to. I was told by bank manager that I could use my personal account for business until I was able to open the business account. Regions reversed a zelle transaction without consulting with me they took over $1000 from me and froze my account. When I reached out to them to see why... I was told that it was filed through another bank and that they weren't able to give me any information... About my own account. Ok so once they reversed all of the funds they unfroze my account, but because my zelle was still blocked I contacted corporate. I was on the line with the fraud department for over 2 hours. The supervisor said the claims were reversed because I can not use zelle on my personal account for business. I advised her of the bank manager I spoke with and that I was told it was ok until I opened my business account (which I done earlier this week) she stated she would remove the block due to me being misinformed. I woke up this morning to an email saying my zelle had been suspended again & my account was negative they have taken more money out my account when I was told yesterday that my account was unfroze because all funds had been recovered from the online claim made. Now all of a sudden that I have money in my account there are more claims being "found" let me remind you no one from Regions is giving me any information on these claims and they have frozen both my business and personal account. Once this situation is resolved I will no longer be banking with Regions.
