The Manager at Rue 21 on Campcreek was very nice and friendly. At least I hope he was the manager. His customer service was excellent towards me. I’m going to get his name next time I visit.

i walk to the store, the employees were looking at me all types of crazy then had the never to call up a manger or somebody to watch me and they were laughing. As if I’m going to steal from the clothing store, i have more dignity than that. 0-5 would not recommend.

The staff was AMAZING! The young men were extremely helpful, polite and wonderful personalities. The manager was great and did an awesome job with the staff. I'll definitely return!

Please be mindful of shopping at this place they have signs up saying 50% off selected items but you end up paying more for just one item itself they are doing this to get your sales tax because you can’t get a refund from sales tax
