The site says they close at 9p but the manager clearly said they will close in 15min at 8:25p. I thought it took us longer than expected to get to the store. When I said I thought they closed at 9. She said she had other things to do. If this is the case maybe Shoe Show should make changes for their staff since the customers are inconveniencing them.

The Shoe Show on Cleveland Ave was very nice. The sale was great along with the Associates. The Customer Service was superb. I would definitely shop there again when I am in the area.
