Agreeing with all the other reviews. 1 teller is working, while the other girl is sitting next to her doing nothing. It’s 4 pm on a Tuesday. Been standing in line for 15 mins and there is only 3 people in line. No one working in the building has greeted or acknowledged what is taking so long. Super slow service.

So not sure what was my downfall going old school by actually physically going to the bank vs. mobile or what. Anyway this was my 2nd time today attempting to cash a check at this branch. Originally I waited in the drive thru which had only 1 of 3 lanes open for about 15 minutes to no avail. So I go inside to find just 2 tellers one of which was helping a customer at the window as well as the car that was in the outside. There were 3 people ahead of me and 2 customers behind me walked out due to the wait. Hmmm not sure why they have 4 available teller desk with technically only 1 person working the inside. Trip 2 was about a 10min wait in the drive thru but at least I was the only person waiting. What did I learn? Mobile deposits are forever in my future and only visit this branch in dire emergency situations as it is down the street from work.

On a Saturday morning they have 2 tellers working and about 20 people in line. Ridiculous wait time. Always slow and ghetto.

Severely under staffed. Inside teller assist both drive thru and inside customers. No other staff inside to assist with banking issues. Opened a new account online, made opening deposit and came into branch to sign signature card. Only to be informed SunTrust had closed my accounts. Only had them less than a week. When teller called customer svc to find out why, was told per their policy they can close anyone's account without reason! WTF?! Bad business all around. Definitely do not recommend.

Staff is small so, don't expect to be weighed on hand & foot. I drove through drive thru intending on depositing into my friends account but, was never acknowledged. So after I realized the car that was behind me pulled up & got served...I decided to go. To my surprise there were on 6 people inside on the floor (2 customers & 4 employees). Note: Again, this is a bank I don't bank with so, I was taken off guard that while making a deposit into my friends account...I noticed...the 2 bank tellers that were assisting customers at the counter...1 of them was assisting with the drive thru customers as well. I felt sorry for her because, this meant she was working her fingers to the bone by walking back & forth assisting customers. I am suggesting for them to add staff to provided better satisfaction to their customers as well as their STAFF! I could not work at this bank! Smh
