I walked in with an issue with my Business CC account. Brenda was unaware of the Business side change. She called me within 5 minutes with 2 solutions to my troubles. She also called back the following morning to see if I was taken care of. Awesome customer service on her end. PROMOTE HER! :)

The DMV is faster than this branch. First time going here they took three hours to even get to us then another hour to simply open an account. Second time they take almost two hours after the appointment schedule time to have us sign papers. They need to fix this asap because this going on for years is not a good look for the branch or bank overall.

This is the worst bank ever!!!!! I have had 2 business accounts and a personal account with BB&T/Truist for 3yrs and once they officially became Truist it had been a complete nightmare!!!!!! I had an employee that I deleted his information from my recipient list for direct deposit and the system kept paying him and they will not reverse the charges. They added an extra step in deleting recurring payments and didn’t inform me of this sitting step until it was too late so a former employee got paid $1000 weeks set him quitting and of course he’s not going to give it back. So I’m closing all of my accounts today!!!!

Currently not happy with this merger. My transactions are all over the place, processing payments backwards and they have my checking account all messed up. So frustrating!

Let me tell you about my good sis Alexis! Customer service was top notch! I love when tellers are not only professional, but go out of their way to brighten my day and make me feel special and valued. Super kind and pleasant! She made me feel like a BIG STEPPER w/ my little deposit.

Worked with Jarion at the local Suntrust location. He was helpful. Suggested Clover as a POS system. The First Data/Clover person (Dwight Peters) completely lied to me about everything. Finally acknowledged that nothing was the way he told me, and said I can return items and get a refund. I've been waiting months. Sent an email to him and added Jarion to it as well and never heard back from either. Very unprofessional experience. Please fix this situation.

The line is slow and long, I had to get out of line after waiting 20 minutes and only one customer moved out. My wife goes to Union City or College Park locations you avoid the line.

Our company has had a stellar experience banking with this branch, in large part due to the leadership displayed by one of their Personal Bankers, Artquishia. Artquishia fit us into a last minute appointment to handle issues we had with creating a new business account online. She took time to consult with us at the last minute after the bank had closed to handle a large deposit. This was by far the best service we have ever received. We never received this type of service from Bank of America where we previously handled our business accounts. It's truly amazing that even in times of a global pandemic, we received service that went above and beyond our expectations. Artquishia represents the kind of bank leadership that has been a rarity. Thank you so much.

Terrible service, line always stupid long females with terrible a** attitudes and they need to hire some people u have two people trying to handle behind the counter,sit down issues with customers and the drive thru....smdh
