They were quick, but i did not like the fact that they charged an email and print fee to print a label.
I do a lot of shipping at different UPS stores. This is the first time I was charged to email and print a label. I believe UPS stores should stay consistent even if it is a franchise.

Ms. Felicia saved my bacon! She meticulously went over my paperwork, notarized it, and made sure I signed all my necessary pages. Then she made sure my package got out the door; overnight delivery. I'm so darn thankful for her and all the friendly faces inside the store. I'd rent a box but I can't get anyone on the darn phone. Dang. But amazing experience. Thanks again Ms. Felicia!

Can't return item via Amazon that was supposed to be a pickup and the driver was unable to take because they didn't have a printer. Store refused to help at all claiming they couldn't do anything because they are a franchise. It's a UPS Store. How can they not look up a simple tracking # and print the label? Absurd.
