Im annoyed. And I know y’all get a lot of bad reviews but I’m sorry. I’m annoyed because I’m otw to Atl to go on a date and this will be my second time trying to get a package picked up here but they will be close by the time I’m there. Who closes on a Saturday ??♀️ Atlanta of course which I don’t blame them because everybody needs a life but man I wish UPS had a pickup box like Amazon have it. It would be very convenient

The customer service here is excellent! I ship packages from here on special occasions. They are very friendly and masterfully pack my items so nothing gets damaged. Although the lines can get long during the holidays, they get everyone in and out pretty quickly. It's always a great experience.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I came to this location to fax one page. I was given a cover sheet to fill and told I also had to pay for it. Not until I visited another company was I informed that I did not have to purchase cover sheet. This is absolutely a tactic of upsaleing the customer for profit, this location definitely has lost my business and potentially UPS all together.

Horrible customer service. This store has its own charges for customers that are different and far more expensive. It’s clear they are overcharging our community. I’ve sent several emails to UPS corporate to investigate this store and its policies. Save yourself some time and visit the location down the road or FedEx

By far the worst UPS I’ve ever been in. It’s dirty and the workers move at a snails pace. If there are three registers running wouldn't it be wise to have one running for Amazon returns since they literally take seconds?

I arrived late at the store, the store was close I was sad I would have to wait until tomorrow to receive my package. When I went inside to check my P.O. Box God sent a blessing…Felicia! Felicia did after hours service and I was able to get my package I’ve been waiting to come for days, great customer service from a great UPS team member thank you much for all your help!

I had a great experience at this location. The team working was very efficient and polite. Very knowledgeable staff and they took care of high volumes effortlessly. GREAT STORE!!!

Korey was a very professional courteous individual. I was having a hard time shipping and they were extremely busy and regardless of that he continued to take his time and was very diligent. This guy is definitely an asset to the ups brand

Extremely un professional. This store has declined in service. Previous owners ran a better store. Plus this store Nickle and Dimes their customers. Right now they are only good for my free Amazon returns.

The customer service here is piss poor. If you want to possibly have your intelligence challenged by a disheveled looking man in a uniform. Be my guest. But you’ll for sure have better service driving to the Sandtown Center location. First of all if you have line 1 and line 2 signs hanging up. Maybe let the consumers know they’re for decoration ahead of time. Second, if there is a customer hanging out by the entrance door and still getting their package together. They’re not in line. This is the second time I’ve had poor service here. As well as other family members having issues at the location. It’s rated 2.7 stars for a reason. You’ve been warned!

Never go here to return Amazon . They charge a 1.00 for tape to close the box but didn’t give a receipt for the dollar paid. Not to mention the lady at the counter was rude. Poor customer service. A call to corporate will be next.

They made me pay a $5 computer usage fee JUST to print something off, even though I did NOT use a computer!!! All I did was email my document to their email to have them print it off! So you mean to tell me I have to pay $5 just bc y’all’s customer computers were down? It wouldn’t have even cost that much if I actually did use the computer. Any other location I’ve been to does not charge a “computer usage fee” just to have them print something off via email. What a RIP OFF!!!!
